Reminder that if you (often) complain about movie length you don’t enjoy watching movies, you enjoy saying you watched movies.
Call me old school, but I would have liked HOPE (2026) more if, I dunno, it were cut down to 90-minutes, had better special effects, and had a proper ending. A quality 90 minute movie is better than shoddy bloat that never ends.

When we tried to audit one of the LARGEST city homelessness programs (which happened to be under the Mayor), we got blocked & our budget cut.
We later received a fraud tip in that SAME PROGRAM & launched a fraud investigation which amounted to $23 MILLION & led to an arrest. 🧵

NEW: Justin Szlasa exposed a double-billing scandal with LA homeless services and pressed for stronger audits. He was just demoted by an appointee of Mayor Bass, without explanation.
