馃毃 BREAKING
Jacen Solo's actor says he DISAGREES with how Troy Denning wrote the character:
"I said to Troy: Jedi don't become evil. I mean, even if [Jacen] had a crisis, he would maybe meditate on it a while and regroup. [...] Maybe he's Jake Solo; He's not my Jacen Solo."

It's really funny how both of these characters suffer from later writers going "nuh uh the Dragon is real" but in opposite ways

It's really such a shame that the New Jedi Order we left the Unifying Force with is erased offscreen in favour of the Prequels status quo.
Luke was a first-among-equals that we don't really see give orders to anyone in the Bantam era as far as I know. Even any notion of a Jedi Council was too hierarchical for the Bantam era. Master Luke was a teacher, nothing more.

7. Master
The biggest ball the new Canon has dropped is establishing Luke as a master. Not as the super-powered, unquestionable Grand Master of the Jedi Order that he became in the Del Rey era, but as a teacher who could mentor others into being their best selves.
You may slop when ready.
I don't expect this to be a Thing鈩笍 but if anything here catches your eye and motivates you to do even a small sketch then that's already good.

Why didn't Zeta ever follow up on the plot thread about Amuro's secret Gundam buried beneath his house?

It genuinely feels like there is only a handfull of writers who should be allowed to make Dark Side characters in Star Wars because so many people treat it as this extremely boring thing that just rewrites your personality into some bland "evil mode".
It's so stupid how LOTF Jacen just doesn't have really any character traits left in him from any of his previous non-Denning books that would make him at all endearing. To the point where he doesn't even like his dead brother anymore.

They should create some sort of group where people who like 70s-90s era Star Wars print media can talk about those books without the culture war shit

People love to talk about "not understanding hypotheticals" but we really gotta do something about the sheer number of people who can literally only engage with a story on a surface level. No symbolism or metaphors or themes or even references.
