Had an issue with a USDC withdrawal from @solcasino recently. I selected USDC + Aptos, but the withdrawal was sent as LayerZero bridged USDC, which my CEX doesn't support for deposits.
I reached out to the team and the CEO personally stepped in. They looked into it, delisted the token on Aptos to prevent similar issues, and credited my original $303 back . On top of that, they gifted me another $303, and even told me that if I’m able to recover the original $303 from CEX, that would be mine too as a gift.
Really appreciate how @fiyopi and his team handled this. They listened, fixed the underlying issue and went above and beyond to take care of me. Big respect to the whole team. 🤝💙

His mom, Holly the Duchess of Density, won in 2019. She carried him on her back as a cub and helped him survive a serious leg injury. Now her little Backpack has a crown of his own. 👑
