Hot take: we need to prompt our agentic users to navigate products the same way we prompt agents to build them in the first place
The future of UX (which, inevitably, is AX - Agent Experience) is all about steering agents onto a happy path, so they can achieve the desired outcome on behalf of humans
It’s not enough to just ship docs/llms.txt/CLI. With non-deterministic users like AI agents, gathering data about what they frequently do and creating guides to steer them towards a happy path are the way to go (hint: error messages are a guide too)
