Know what I never noticed until I was looking at my Randy Moss rookie card? Played for the Vikings - had a whipple procedure and I don’t get over how close the logo and pancreas look alike.
The SEC has 10 teams in the AP Top 25 and five ranked-vs-ranked games tomorrow.
We spent 20 years arguing about who could survive an SEC schedule, then put everybody in the SEC to find out.
Arch Manning walks into Neyland tomorrow nearly 29 years after Peyton Manning played his final game there.
A Manning returning to Knoxville in orange — just unfortunately the shade Tennessee fans spent 30 years pretending didn’t bother them.
The SEC has five ranked-vs-ranked games tomorrow. That’s the most in a single day in conference history.
We used to call this Separation Saturday.

You’re telling me AI can clone a voice from three seconds of audio but we still can’t get John Madden calling games so I don’t have to listen to Kirk Herbstreit?
Liberty–Coastal tonight is their first meeting since the 2020 Cure Bowl — a 37-34 OT game.
Jamey Chadwell coached Coastal that night.
Tonight he’s back on the teal turf trying to beat them.
Nothing says college football like returning to your ex’s house with a hotter offense.
Lane Kiffin 🤝 Jamey Chadwell
Leaving town and eventually coming back wearing the wrong colors.
College football has perfected the hostile alumni weekend.
Big game tonight between Liberty and Coastal Carolina in Conway.
This is a Group of 6 version of LSU/Ole Miss. Jamey Chadwell was the head coach at Coastal Carolina and worked with the Chanticleers from 2017-22. In 2023, he went to Lynchburg to take over the head coach position at Liberty.
Now Chadwell returns to Conway as a head coach of Liberty, who is a big rival to Coastal Carolina, going back to the FCS days. This is very similar to Lane Kiffin’s return to Oxford after agreeing to take the HC job at LSU (which is a huge rival to Ole Miss). It’s going to be electric in Conway on the teal turf tonight! Tune in!!
Kick is at 7:30 ET on ESPN! Don’t miss this one!

ON THIS DAY — 9/23/1988
Jose Canseco stole his 40th base to become the first 40/40 player in MLB history.
He then asked the umpire if he could literally keep second base.
The 80s remain undefeated.
