Looks like I caused a bit of a mess with that Sleeve & Card Set link, so I want to clear it up.
The shop owner shared that direct link specifically for people in their local community so regular players could get first priority. They even increased the per person limit because the intention was to reward people who actually come in and play there.
I saw the link, got excited, and shared it because I know a lot of people still haven’t been able to get their hands on this drop.
(maybe next time make it local pickup only? 😅 I see a lot of smaller shops do that when they want to reserve limited product for their actual local players)
The shop still needs product on the shelves for their local players and events, so some outside orders may end up getting cancelled. If that happens to anyone who found the link through me, I apologize.
(welcome to the internet)
At the same time, this really highlights how tight Palworld product still is right now. Whenever I find something interesting, a restock, preorder, small shop allocation, promo, whatever, my first instinct is usually to share it because I know a lot of you are looking for the same stuff I am.
Going forward, I need a better way to handle things that are clearly meant for a smaller audience. I’m thinking about opening a small group chat for Palworld enthusiasts interested in drops, allocations, restocks and other stuff that probably shouldn’t immediately get blasted publicly.
(basically somewhere we can share the more niche stuff without nuking a small shop’s inventory in 10 minutes 😭)
And to the shop itself, I genuinely wasn’t trying to put you in a bad position. I was excited about the product, wanted to give people a shot at it, and also thought it would be cool to send some attention toward a smaller store supporting the game.
So if your order gets cancelled, again, my apologies.
I’ll figure out a better system for the next one.
Hey, this is the shop owner. I don’t post often on Twitter, I’m sorry I don’t know how you got this link but this was meant to be private, only accessible by direct link so that my locals could buy products in advance. The rest were meant to be sold at our grand challengers cup.
