This results from staffing that is based on funding that is announced late, without necessary details, with more cuts every year and with underfunding so classes are overfilled and too few staff are hired. Somehow this govt thinks that puts kids first?

Doug Ford, imagine showing nurses and teachers even half the devotion you show police. Scrubs and classrooms deserve respect too. Ontario would be a much better province if your enthusiasm for a uniform extended to the people keeping us healthy and educating our kids.
Police officers put their lives on the line every day to keep our communities safe. The least we can do in response is have their backs, no matter what.
Today, I wrote to the Prime Minister outlining a series of practical steps to support and protect our brave women and men in uniform.

Just had a man call our home phone (from a private number) telling me to stop talking about @bradmbradford on social media and threatening to share information about me if I don't stop. Coward wouldn't even share his name.

It is impossible to get answers from this government.
As the Liberal critic for hospitals, I had the chance to ask @SylviaJonesMPP about the spending choices she is making, why we are seeing nursing and other jobs being cut and why hospitals still donโt have enough funding or operating beds to provide patients the care they need.
This comes as hospitals across the province have had to borrow $70 million from banks just to keep operating.
We deserve answers about how this government is managing our healthcare system.
Instead, the Minister refused to answer the question. #onpoli

David Piccini, then Ford's Minister of Labour, attended the Paris wedding of a lobbyist for Keel Digital Solutions.
Piccini then grants $7.5 million taxpayer dollars to KDS through the Skills Development Fund.
Now the Ford government is suing KDS for "defrauding the province"

โก๏ธ& Ford has promoted Piccini to the Ministry of Infrastructure where he is in charge of billions of taxpayer dollars.

Eight years on here. Apparently Iโve had a lot to say. ๐
Iโve shared my recovery, my past, my mistakes, my advocacy, and probably pissed a few people off along the way.
But if even one post changed someoneโs mind about addiction, homelessness, harm reduction, recovery, or the power of compassion, itโs been worth it.
And if sharing my mistakes has helped even one person avoid making some of the same mistakes I did, then itโs all been worth it.
