$IBRX Taking notes from the lecture: NSCLC (QUILT-3.055): Landmark Phase 2 results presented in September 2025 showed that ANKTIVA reversed lymphopenia in 80% of patients. Responders achieved a significantly prolonged median overall survival (OS) of 21.1 months, compared to historical norms of 7 to 9 months.

I’m very close to start writing my report on $IBRX
After every ticker spammer on $IBRX , it’s time for me to step up Nobody actually knows what this approval means. This data was normally expected to come out on January 6 (bladder cancer was already approved, this is just another tumor), but FDA decided to reveal their decision 2.5 months ahead. As it can be understood both by the side of FDA and Dr. Patrick Soon’s interviews/lectures, the platform is superior. The easiest way to understand the advanced capabilities is that White House officials even try to poach Anktiva for their close relatives. Now the stage is set to reveal the next readouts which is QUILT-2005. This is also another bladder cancer pipeline but for “BCG-naive” patients. Dr. Patrick Soon says that Anktiva works totally better in “BCG-naive” patients. If FDA approved BCG-unresponsive 2.5 months in advance, how do you think FDA will decide for QUILT-2005? QUILT-2005 readouts will come out also in Q4. What’s good is that this is phase 2b so that means they could immediately file sBLA without taking the pipeline through phase 3 as there’s an already approved bladder cancer pipeline. Q4 might continue to be strong

As what Isaiah Berlin called “the most terrible century in Western history” winds down, the age of giantism in social structure also draws to a close. The final days of the twentieth century are destined to be a time of downsizing, devolution, and reorganization. It will be the time of the social dinosaurs trapped in the tar pit. And a time of scavengers. Birds will pick the bones of dinosaurs. Collapse of nation-states begins
Liberation of intellectual individuals will flip everybody’s reality. To see outside an existing system is like a stagehand trying to force a dialogue with a character in a play. French Revolution (1789) started the violence of any competent nation state in the west. The collapse of Berlin Wall in 1989 marked the death of any “incompetent” nation state. A 200-year period was a total “check on the will of people” The democracy , capitalism or communism itself are symptoms of disorientation. These footages would only support my thoughts in the next millennium. France or any adjacent nation states, indeed sumo wrestlers as they consume every resource, is the closest version of the Holy Mother Church in 1400-1500 having 3-way sexual intercourses with public while banning sexual intercourses among families on a random Sunday. This would hurt some of you. It is like stripping away the layers of an overripe onion. It may bring tears to your eyes, but don’t look away. If you’re even slightly smart, in 20 years or so you better consider leaving your monopoly of violence that has been exploiting you just as any chivalry in the Middle Ages. Now you’re lucky as your capital can move with the speed of light. As Arthur Clarke puts it, there are 2 problems of an average human being. 1st is to stuck with presence. 2nd is the lack of imagination. There’s this mass mediocrity that could not even adopt the 2nd. In the eyes of people seeing this and lacking the 1st ability, this would seem exactly like reusable rockets ($SPCX) in the eyes of NASA in 1960s. Nobody thought communism would die during cold war. An average human being is hardly capable of deciding what to eat tomorrow. Seeing “outside” of a system is usually taboo. People are frequently blind to the logic of violence in the existing society; therefore, they are almost always blind to changes in that logic, latent or overt. Megapolitical transitions are seldom recognized before they happen. Or, a widespread revulsion comes into play well before a coherent ideology of change develops. Liberation of intellectual individuals continues. 👍

Put simply, make your requirements less dumb Because you cannot handle it, it's secret of the nature
Your eyes and ears take in about a billion bits of information every second. Your brain only thinks at about 10. Two neuroscientists at Caltech put a number on how fast human thought actually runs. The paper is called "The Unbearable Slowness of Being." Their answer: roughly 10 bits per second. For comparison, your WiFi probably moves 100 million bits per second. You get annoyed when Netflix buffers. Your brain could never keep up with the show anyway. So how do you measure the speed of a thought? They looked at decades of experiments, from typing to speaking to video games to memory contests. The answer kept landing in the same place. Take an expert typist at 120 words per minute. Strip out the predictable letters, and the real information flowing out of them is about 10 bits per second. Or blindfolded speedcubers. They look at a scrambled Rubik's cube for about 5.5 seconds, then solve it with their eyes covered. The information they absorb while looking works out to around 12 bits per second. Even the game Twenty Questions works out to about 10. Meanwhile, the 6 million color sensing cells in just one of your eyes can carry about 1.6 billion bits per second. That is a gap of about 100 million to one. Your senses are a firehose. Your thinking is a straw. The researchers say the brain seems to have two modes. An outer brain that handles the flood of sights, sounds and movement. And an inner brain that squeezes all of it down to the few bits you actually think about. It may also explain something you have felt your whole life. Why you can only really think about one thing at a time. They even predicted that Elon Musk's brain will talk to a Neuralink chip at about 10 bits per second. Not because of the chip. Because of the brain. In plain English: you are not slow because you are tired. Every human mind runs on the same narrow pipe. So the next time you feel overwhelmed, remember. Your brain was never built to take it all in.

Sit-down strikes or labor unions will prove as anachronistic in the Information Age as slaves slogging across the desert with giant stones in tow to erect funeral pyramids for the pharaohs. While labor unions and their tactics of intimidation became so familiar in the industrial period as to be an unquestioned part of the social landscape, they depended upon special megapolitical conditions that are rapidly fading away. There will be no Chevrolets and no UAW to strike on the Information Superhighway or any specialists of violence.

$ABCL $IBRX $NAUT FinX has a linear mental model. In plain English, there's no 3rd dimension, if not 2nd too, I suspect. They would fall well below on Otto Ammon's intelligence turnip, an extraordinary German anthropologist, or hit exactly bulls eye as he puts mass mediocrity. You could check his works such as dice experiment held almost more than a century ago. Another intriguing point by Arthur C. Clarke is that there's 2 groups. 1st one is being too stuck at present because those linear brains are wired with presence and 2nd one is lack of imagination. This is an inability to imagine in an abstract way, unlike seeing the world anew as fresh as our ancestors. As we know, a widespread revulsion comes into evidence well before a coherent ideology develops. This exactly converges with Clarke's framework. Life is never a linear process, one moment is better than entire undifferentiated moments combined. Think in multi-dimensions. Never get stuck at present and think broadly, otherwise that would basically be like somebody's shooting you every time when you're about to sprint and take off. That's why most of finX will make 0 money thanks to their inability to think in multi-dimensions.

Spot-on observations $RKLB $ASTS $ABCL
Something interesting I found $RKLB $ASTS These 2 companies are exceptional and one of a kind companies but the reason they've been getting hit is basically they're trying to deliver impossible missions to their customers which burns cash quite a lot. t's harder than most people would realize. You can see the correlation between FCF and the stock price. Surely it's not a coincidence. Therefore, As I've told people before that similar trajectory awaiting $ABCL. %100? No, this is purely assumption and a completely different universe which is biotech world. My speculation comes from the fact we're gonna see ABCL635 getting brought up to clinic starting in 2027 and also ABCL688 (another GPCR target) far beyond 2027. Since $ABCL has world-class management they're gonna fund phase 3 on their own and of course the ones set to come later. AbCellera has been trying to achieve impossible, which is to hit GPCRs. Only 3 success off of 516 attempts. Do the math. These companies are not YET N-of-1 but on course to become one trying unlock impossible. So no rush needed, what matters the most is how well you know what you're buying without dabbling.
