Huge victory for election integrity! The Supreme Court granted @TheJusticeDept’s stay in revamping the SAVE citizenship verification database, which will allow states to clear the voter rolls of illegal voters.
The modified SAVE system allows state and local officials to conduct citizenship verification of registered voters to keep aliens from voting.
The Justice Department will continue fighting in court for secure elections. Every American should want this!

Judge Garnett has approved the settlement agreement in US v. LASD (the waiting times case), finalizing the Second Amendment section's first official win.
Between their lawsuit and our earlier preliminary injunction victory and settlement in CRPA v. LASD, the LA Sheriff now issues carry permits within the 120 days required by California law. It had been taking two years before our lawsuit.

Justice Department Ends Over 50 Half-Century-Old Desegregation Cases Throughout the United States
“In this administration, we are ending prolonged federal oversight of these school districts because the effort does not reflect the reality of those classrooms today,” said @AAGDhillon. “In some cases, school districts have been under federal control for more than 60 years. Now these local school districts can redirect taxpayer dollars back to benefitting students, instead of funding onerous and outdated consent decrees.”

Without even allowing the government a chance to respond, and in the dark of night, a federal appeals court blocked us from conducting all third-country removals of illegal aliens, an entirely legal and invaluable tool to stem the tide of illegal immigration.
