You’re all voluntary sworn servants bound to the TX Constitution. A broken oath of office is perjury.

SCOTUS admitted that the IRS uses Article 2 power. That means when the IRS says you owe something, they are making a non-judicial determination that is not legally binding. People are guaranteed a trial by jury that moves by the common law before government can deprive them of life, liberty, property. Those with ears for fundamental law, let them hear.

The text of the constitutions is the law. If an office, like “attorney general”, is not written in the text, then the office is not in the constitution. Very simple. That means that something inferior to the constitution (statute) created the office. Be wary of this, bc any grant of authority must come from the constitution’s text - and many offices are created to do & sustain uses of authority that have no general grant of power. When America was founded, People prosecuted their own actions - public and private wrongs. Attorneys today don’t know the law & so they hold to bad knowledge & a degraded view of the constitution. Their thinking doesn’t begin with the text of constitutions nor fundamental principles. The easiest way to expose it is to ask where the text of whatever they say is in the constitution. Plainly speaking, “attorney general” is not written in the US Constitution, which means that office is not a constitutional office in government’s frame. Those with ears for fundamental law, let them hear.

Attorneys aren’t taught Chisholm v Georgia (2 US 419), which is why they believe statutes control constitutional rights.

Chatrie v US (2026), ...“society’s expectation has been that law enforcement agents and others would not—and indeed, in the main, simply could not—secretly monitor and catalogue every single movement of an individual’s car.”
Now they are lying! This lawyer claims that the Supreme Court has upheld that flock cameras are legal. The fact is the Supreme Court hasn't ruled on them yet, and on similar technology is has determined they are NOT Constitutional/legal. Carpenter vs United States (2018): "...individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy in the comprehensive record of their physical movements." And again they make the argument these cameras will be OK once you "have a balance". That once you put the right rules in place they will be fine. NO! They will never be fine. They will always end up being abused because we know that one day, a leader who fully intends to abuse them will be elected into office. That dangerous leader cannot have this technology in place when they take office. The abuse of power they will be capable of is too vast, too immense for us to take the risk! Flock cameras MUST BE REMOVED! We will never be fully free so long as they exist.

Fourth Amendment sez no warrant issues absent affidavit under penalty of perjury. When government fails, remember we, the people created it under our constitutions. They are just contractors and agents. Use the law.
The fact that this is being proposed in Florida is terrifying. The mass surveillance state is coming if you do not stand up and say no. Pay attention to what is happening in your local governments and speak publicly at their meetings.

Flock told the Oshkosh city council its cameras don't track where your car goes. The council found out that was false. They killed the contract 7 to 0 in about 24 hours. Full version and breakdown in the thread.

Grand juries can investigate government’s use of power. Each SCOTUS decision is a use of power. Any use of power contrary to the public good is an unofficial act. There is no immunity for unofficial acts. Therefore, justices are personally liable for their decisions.
