Shut up, you moron. Nigeria had over 5,000 BDCs; some have existed since the 1980s. Cardoso came and revoked the licenses of more than 4,000 BDCs. BDC operations are not illegal. They are licensed. The CBN sells FX to them weekly at the parallel market. What Tinubu and Cardoso did was eliminate the arbitrage system by floating the Naira and making FX available to everyone. Politicians, manufacturers, Bankers, and businessmen were all taking advantage of the difference at the black market to make money at the expense of our reserves. He eliminated the biggest corruption scheme since 1980.
The bar to governance is ridiculously low. What you listed last in a sane country will be a criminal offence. But its APC so why not.

Try and look for another point to criticize the present government, using education under any guise won’t fly, it’s dead on arrival! Facts will embarrass you. Cheers
If President Tinubu is re elected, education will become so unaffordable for the common masses to the extent that many will choose ignorance in the long run.

Over the past few days, servicemen and women of the Armed Forces have shared what the recent pay increase means for them and their families. I am glad it is making a difference. This week, the Nigerian Army @HQNigerianArmy operationalised new formations in Zamfara, Kebbi, Oyo and Osun. Our troops are now closer to vulnerable communities in these areas, strengthening our ability to respond swiftly and decisively when our people are threatened. We are also fast-tracking the construction of new barracks and depots in Abuja, Ekiti, Ebonyi and Kogi, with Osun already completed. As we demand more from our men and women in uniform, we must do more to support them and their families. Every deployment is a sacrifice made by a family too. As our Armed Forces stand watch over Nigeria, my duty as Commander-in-Chief is to ensure they have the resources and support to do their job, and that Nigeria stands firmly behind the families waiting for them at home. This my country 😂😂😂😂 Why will Federal Government lie and want to steal credit for a project that a state Government executed 😂😂😂

So because hourly wages is high, that’s the reason fuel is high ? Or fuel prices are being determined by factors beyond the metrics of the UK economy? Why is the price going up when the hourly wages remain same ?
Before you try that stupid agenda you want to cook, P at the back means Pence, not Pound. That is basically £1.99(One Pound, 99.18 Pence)per litre of fuel. Hourly wage in the UK is £12.71. That means you can comfortably buy 6 litre of fuel with the money you made in an hour.

This is why Nigerian crude oil is priced internationally. Once you tamper with the price, you create room for arbitrage, which will lead to corruption.

Lmaooo, see reverse psychology at play😁😁😁😁 You insulted a whole group of adults and called them WORST SUPPORTERS, then you returned to the same platform to say "Never on issues, always abuses" as if calling Tinubu supporters "WORST SUPPORTERS" in your book of logic is a way to discuss ISSUES...... Which issue can you bring on that will not be matched with higher intellectual capacity in any form and means? Mention ONE. Mention ONE ISSUE that ANYONE among you can bring up for debates that we will need to check textbooks before we decimate you or any other fellow in your camp that departed from the progressives after Tinubu defeated all your betrayals in 2023....Mention ONE ISSUE BASED conversation and let's have the debate on any platform in REAL TIME!

NATIONAL ASSEMBLY TRANSMITS STATE POLICE BILL TO STATE ASSEMBLIES; TO RESPOND IN 30 DAYS The National Assembly has transmitted the Constitution Alteration Bill seeking establishment of State Police Services to the 36 State Houses of Assembly for consideration and approval. Clerk to the National Assembly, Kamoru Ogunlana, says the Bill was transmitted to the State Assemblies on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 with expectation for expeditious consideration of the bill within one month. Although the Constitution does not specify a timeframe for the State Assemblies to respond, the National Assembly expects them to communicate their resolutions within 30 days of receiving the bill. The Clerk, however, clarified that the 30-day period is only an administrative timeframe and not a constitutional deadline. The National Assembly says it recognises the constitutional responsibility and independence of the State Houses of Assembly in considering the proposed amendments. Under constitutional provisions, a bill seeking to alter the Constitution must secure the approval of at least two-thirds of the 36 State Houses of Assembly before the process can be concluded. The State Police Bill was passed weeks earlier by both chambers of parliament, as a crucial step towards tackling security challenges in the country. The National Assembly says it will proceed with the next steps once the resolutions of the State Assemblies are received, while reaffirming commitment to due process, institutional cooperation and strict compliance with the Constitution.

He hasn’t shown remorse? Did the Court grant him clemency? Was he incarcerated? Was his incarceration for fun or debt for his crimes? I truly need to understand your point.

Replying to @ogundamisi
Mr. Ogundamisi, it is okay to hold people accountable, but twisting people’s words is a different kettle of fish. In that interview, I explicitly stated that her appointment to the campaign council is a party affair and that she remains a member of the APC. Her matter with the EFCC is ongoing. She is yet to be found guilty, and under the principle of innocent until proven guilty, her life and political participation should not be put on pause simply because she has a pending case. But let’s apply the same standard consistently. In 1991, you were yourself charged alongside other University of Jos student activists in a case involving arson and attempted murder before a military tribunal. Contemporary accounts also record your detention for more than three months. So I ask, Mr. Ogundamisi: By the standard you are now applying to Betta Edu, should you too have been frozen out of public life because of those charges? Accountability is one thing. Selective accountability is another. If an unresolved allegation is enough to permanently disqualify someone from participating in public or political affairs, then that standard must apply to everyone, including you. Same standard. No double standards. Ordinarily I would have ignored you but I see you are hell bent on spreading misinformation, this is solely for the benefit of those who need to be better informed. #KemKem

Be kind to also disclose the number of aircraft that have left the fleet !
This administration has reportedly increased the number of aircraft’s in the Presidential Air Fleet by 5 aircraft’s in just under 4 years! A record breaking amount. • 5N-FGY (brand new Bombadier GL7T) • T7-FGQ (3 year old Pilatus PC-24) • 5N-FGA (Airbus A330) • M-FGNG (Gulfstream G500) • M-NGSA (Gulfstream G500) Take note of the registrations, 3 of these aircrafts with Nigerian registrations 5N have been purchased outright by the government while 2 have been reportedly leased to the federal government by a private company at unknown rates. This is ridiculous to say the least, for a country as poor as Nigeria. Meanwhile, the Nigerian Air Force did not take delivery of a single aircraft throughout 2025. The last time a drought like this occurred was in 2015, 11 years ago!

When @ChibuikeAmaechi stood at the @NigBarAssoc Annual General Conference in Port Harcourt boasting, “Take @sowore around Rivers State, I built this road, I built that road, I built this school, I built that school,” he may have forgotten to look around him. This was the venue of the very NBA conference where he made those boasts. Look around Port Harcourt. Look at the roads. Look at the infrastructure. Look at the condition of a state they governed and claimed to have transformed. This is the Rivers State they built.

Dear Nigerians, For many years, Nigeria has possessed some of the most promising deep offshore oil and gas resources in the world, yet several major developments have remained stalled. Oil lies beneath our waters. We have the engineers, businesses and young people capable of doing increasingly sophisticated work in the sector. What has often been missing is the certainty required for investors to commit billions of dollars, over many years, at the scale needed to turn that potential into production, jobs and opportunity for Nigerians. We cannot afford to leave that opportunity beneath our waters for another decade. I have therefore signed the Deep Offshore Oil and Gas Projects Incentives (Tax Remission) Order, 2026, to provide clear and predictable terms for a new generation of deep offshore investment in Nigeria. The framework has the potential to unlock up to $50 billion in investment, beginning with the approximately $10 billion Bonga South West project. For existing deep offshore leases, there is a clear window to reach Final Investment Decision by 31 December 2029 and receive the full standard incentive available under the Order. There is urgency to this work. Capital moves, and countries compete for it every day. The countries that attract long-term investment are not necessarily those with the greatest natural resources. They are the ones that provide the greatest certainty. Nigeria must be one of those countries. This Order marks the tenth major policy directive of my administration targeted specifically at the oil and gas sector. Each has dealt with a constraint holding back investment, production or value creation. Taken together, they represent a deliberate effort to make our oil and gas industry more competitive, attract capital back to Nigeria and ensure that more of the value created from our resources remains here at home. But attracting investment is only half of my purpose. I want the work that comes with these projects to come home to Nigeria. I want our engineers involved, our fabrication yards working, our marine and technical service companies securing contracts, and our young people acquiring skills that will remain valuable long after the first barrel is produced. The Order reflects this priority. For projects accessing its supplementary incentives, activities are to be performed in Nigeria, subject to clearly defined exceptions and Nigerian Content requirements. My ambition is that we use this new investment cycle to build Nigeria into Africa’s regional hub for deep offshore project execution. We should not only possess the resources. We should increasingly possess the skills, businesses and industrial capacity required to develop them. When I engaged the Chief Executive Officer of Shell plc, Mr Wael Sawan, I directed my team to look beyond a solution for one company or one project. We needed a framework that could unlock a wider pipeline of investment while protecting Nigeria’s long-term interests. That framework is now in place. Ultimately, I will judge its success by what Nigerians see from it in terms of good jobs, stronger Nigerian businesses, greater production, increased revenues for the Federation and new capabilities built here at home. Our natural resources must work harder for our people. That is the purpose of this decision, and we will pursue it with urgency. Nigeria First. Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Federal Republic of Nigeria
