I’m a huge MSTR fan & think they will crush it. That said, Strive has been & I believe is positioned to be the fastest horse for the entirety of the next bull market at a minimum. Seems like this could make a good podcast between us. Bring any point you want & let’s debate it.

The setup for Bitcoin is getting better every day... Technicians (aka traders and those looking to buy back cheaper) selling as the market consolidates is normal and, frankly what I expected, but LONG term holders are buying and price is more stable than expected. At the same time, more people are learning how expensive it is to MISS out on sharp Bitcoin rallies. I fully expect that, in the next year we will fully reverse the price action post Oct 10th of last year. At that point, the ownership structure of Bitcoin will be much stronger, and the adoption metrics will have advanced significantly, making it ready for the next leg.

Strategy is proposing daily dividends on $STRF, $STRC, $STRK, and $STRD, accruing every calendar day, including weekends and holidays, and paid the next business day, with economics unchanged. The proposed changes aim to support price stability, liquidity, and demand.

Then Underwrite US & Global Credit. Which will then take you back to underwriting more Bitcoin.
The trend in U.S. debt-to-GDP creates a difficult macro reality. As the debt burden grows, higher interest rates become increasingly expensive to sustain. Lower rates would help reduce that burden, but would also likely mean easing financial conditions, greater monetary expansion, and more pressure on the purchasing power of the dollar over time. That creates an increasingly difficult tradeoff: Keep rates high → rising debt-service costs (on $40.07T, yikes). Push rates lower → greater risk of currency debasement and inflation. There is no simple way out of a growing debt burden. That is the macro backdrop that makes the scarcity of digital capital increasingly relevant. Bitcoin doesn’t require a prediction about exactly which path policymakers will ultimately choose. It simply has a fixed supply either way. In a world of increasing abundance, seek verifiable scarcity.

Patiently Underwrite Bitcoin.
Moves in price can always quickly feel overextended if you are always focusing on the near term. But let's zoom out a bit. Just 85 days off the June low, Bitcoin is up ~44%. For context, prior moves off major cycle lows ultimately reached roughly: Epoch 1: 604x (747 Days) Epoch 2: 111x (1,067 Days) Epoch 3: 21.2x (1,059 Days) Epoch 4: 7.9x (1,050 Days) Epoch 5: 1.44x (85 Days in) Every cycle is certainly going to be different, and returns have clearly compressed as Bitcoin has matured. However, history is a useful reminder: 44% off the lows is not what a mature Bitcoin bull run has historically looked like. It’s what the beginning has looked like. And the macro set up has never looked this favorable before.... Short-term price action can make the move feel late. Zooming out can make it look very early.

Bitcoin’s recent drawdown felt significant, but when looking at Bitcoin's history, it has been relatively mild. At its recent low, Bitcoin was ~53% below its all-time high. Previous cycle drawdowns reached: 2011: -93% 2015: -86% 2018: -84% 2022: -77% Volatility is not new to Bitcoin. What’s more notable is that, nearly a year after the 2025 high, this cycle’s drawdown has remained materially shallower than prior major cycles. Bitcoin has always tested conviction through volatility. So far, this cycle has required a lot less of it.

Tuttle Capital Management (TCM), together with sub-adviser Strive Asset Management (SAM), today announced the launch of the T-Strive Digital Credit Preferred Income ETF (CBOE BZX: DCAP), an actively managed, structured credit ETF that seeks current income by investing in preferred securities issued by Bitcoin treasury companies. “Digital Credit is a young and developing market, and we've already seen meaningful periods of price dislocation that we believe reflect market inefficiencies," said Alex Xethalis, Head of Distribution at Strive Asset Management. "In normal markets, we expect DCAP to primarily own Digital Credit without leverage. But if substantial price declines create what we believe are attractive entry points, our institutional financing capabilities give DCAP the flexibility to deploy leverage opportunistically and buy into those dislocations. The goal is to generate excess returns over a simple buy-and-hold strategy by systematically taking advantage of those opportunities if they arise."
