You could ask to search people, images that had people, images that are scanning the the inside of the cars. I mean, this is really quite extraordinary” “What seems to make these networks unique is not just the sheer number of cameras, it's the fact that they're all linked together and powered and searchable by AI. It's unlike anything we've ever seen in this country before — They store and catalog details like the vehicle's make, model, color, location, date, time. Flock's searchable features include details like dents and roof cracks and vehicle damage and racks on the roof or racks on the back or specific bumper stickers even. You think about that. I mean, Flock can tell you if a car has a Trump sticker or a Harris sticker or a Pro-Life America sticker or an NRA sticker. As a family law attorney who has represented numerous victims of domestic violence, I have been deeply troubled by the circulating “sworn statement” from Cynthia West alleging emotional abuse by Congressman Thomas Massie. After listening to the statement twice, I was struck by the complete absence of any specific, verifiable allegations. There were no claims of physical abuse, no harassing communications, no documented threats, and no evidence of any kind—only vague assertions without supporting facts. Out of professional duty, I examined the available record. Ms. West has a documented history of making false abuse allegations. Notably, during the very period she claims to have been involved with Congressman Massie, she filed sworn accusations of emotional and physical abuse against the father of her children. On October 1, 2024, she swore under oath in an affidavit to these claims. However, after the court reviewed all the evidence, the allegations were dismissed in full. I have sat with real victims—both men and women—who have endured genuine domestic violence and harassment. I have fought alongside them for protection and justice. It is precisely because of that experience that I find it so damaging when someone makes false accusations. It undermines the credibility of legitimate victims and erodes public trust in the system. Congressman Massie has earned my trust over many years—to the point that I would entrust him with my own children. These latest allegations appear to be nothing more than a desperate attempt to interfere in an election against a principled public servant who has consistently worked to protect women and families from real abuse and exploitation. False claims like these do real harm—not just to the accused, but to every legitimate victim seeking justice.

ATF’s new [Engaged in the Business Rule] even doubles down on the substance of the old Rule, retaining, for example, language from the old Rule that said ATF can regulate gun owners even when they never sell a single firearm. This flies in the face of this Court’s 2024 Order, which rejected the idea that “actual profit is not a requirement of the statute” and held instead that “action [in the form of selling firearms] is needed, too.” The Court's 2024 and 2026 Orders were clear: ATF violated the APA when it promulgated the Engaged in the Business Rule, so the Rule cannot stand.  [ATF] cannot avoid the force of those Orders by rearranging a few words between the old Rule and the new one.
