OpenAI just announced the solution to the biggest problem B2C AI software founders face: the sheer cost of production API tokens. What was once a workaround is now codified. Users can use their ChatGPT plans to pay for inference on your app, instead of you having to pay for each user. It unlocks stronger margins for business and the ability to serve a free tier without setting money on fire. That is, without YOU setting money on fire. Coding plans are heavily subsidized compared to API prices. Anecdotally I regularly use the equivalent of ~$700 of API on my $100 plan. Closed Source APIs are inflated in price so don't think it's truly 7x value. Users don't see an immediate benefit. They arguably see a loss of value when using this. It's on SaaS companies to integrate the value proposition to capture ChatGPT users. - discounted services / subsidized bonus credits for ChatGPT Users - option to use ChatGPT subscription instead of models that drain your credits OpenAI may see further burn rate from subsidization for production apps. With Anthropic burn rate being publicized, it would be hard for them to respond in kind now. How will this change B2C AI SaaS? What does this mean for OpenAI vs Anthropic? Comment below 👇

Ark Ceremony Recap | 15/09 Today’s Ark Ceremony gave the community a much clearer look at what Arkadian AI is building behind the scenes. The highlight was Coops live Cost Efficiency Presentation, where he walked through why Arkadian AI chose NVIDIA’s B300 GPUs and what that decision means from an investor perspective. The interesting part isn’t simply “B300 is powerful.” Arkadian AI’s model is built around providing investors with access to GPU capacity without requiring them to deal with the huge capital, infrastructure, electricity, cooling, and operational complexity of setting everything up themselves. The presentation also went deeper into performance, memory, encryption, CPU capacity, cooling, reliability, and the economics behind the hardware. One point that stood out to me: B300 supply is currently extremely limited, while its price has already increased significantly over the past few months. Arkadian AI sees the hardware as an important infrastructure opportunity rather than something that becomes irrelevant as soon as a newer chip arrives. We also crossed 800 Arkadians, with a Hanoi meetup shout-out coming today. On the AI side, Antislop is getting an improved slop detection update tomorrow, shaped by community feedback. Active antisloppers contributors will also get access to upcoming social programs, recognition, and free premium access. And Adei finally unveiled the Antislop mascot during the Ceremony. Another solid Ceremony. More importantly, we’re starting to see the infrastructure, economics, products, and community pieces come together. @arkadianworld

Arkadian Karaoke Night - Where Community Feels Real One thing I really enjoy about Arkadian is how the community goes beyond simply talking about a project. Tonight, a fantastic karaoke night was held at Stage Arkadian, where everyone took turns singing, cheering, and sharing in the fun. No pressure. No competition. Just a group of people sharing a moment. And alongside the fun, Chaos Davison also shared a few hands-on guides to help the community explore Pocketsoc, one of the products being built within the Arkadian ecosystem. It was a nice reminder that the community isn’t just about conversations - it’s also about discovering, learning, and experiencing what’s being built together. That’s what makes a community feel alive. The technology may build the world, but the people inside are what give it a soul. 🫶 @arkadianworld @AbassMo3 @julie_dogeOS @0x1kenobi

An unforgettable night with the @arkadianworld community! The Karaoke session was full of great voices, fun surprises, and plenty of positive energy. It was amazing to see everyone cheering each other on, enjoying the performances, and simply having a good time together. What made the night special wasn’t just the music; it was the feeling of connection across the community. Moments like this are a great reminder that Ark is more than just a server. It’s a place where people can relax, have fun, and create memories together. A huge thank you to everyone who joined and helped make the evening so enjoyable. If you missed this one, don’t worry. Get your favorite song ready and join us next time. The mic is waiting for you!
Web3 is great at rewarding activity. Complete tasks. Earn points. Campaign ends. Everyone moves on. But what happens to your contribution after that? That’s why Arkadian World feels interesting to me. Instead of treating participation as something temporary, the ecosystem is built around a longer journey: Expeditions -> Explore Bounties -> Contribute Medals -> Record what you’ve achieved The shift is simple: Complete tasks -> collect points becomes: Explore -> contribute -> build a track record. An Ark isn’t just another badge. It represents the idea that your actions can gradually become part of your identity and reputation inside the ecosystem. Campaigns end. Attention moves on. But meaningful contribution should leave a history behind. You don’t need to be the loudest. Show up. Contribute. Build your path. Let your history speak. @arkadianworld @hatices1037963 @0x1kenobi @AbassMo3 @julie_dogeOS

🎶 ARK TONIGHT — WHEN MUSIC CONNECTS THE COMMUNITY Tonight, ARK Ceremony is more than just a gathering. It’s a moment for everyone to come together, listen to music, share emotions, and enjoy a space where stories, energy, and community connect. 🎵 Some melodies make us smile. 🎵 Some songs bring back memories. 🎵 And sometimes, music simply gives us a reason to stay together. In a world that moves faster every day, sometimes all we need is a slower evening — a little music, a little conversation, and people walking the same journey. Tonight, ARK is not just about sound. ARK is about emotions. ARK is about community. ARK is about creating moments worth remembering. 🌙 And perhaps the best part of a music night isn’t how the song ends… It’s that when the music fades, we still want to stay. ARK Ceremony — Tonight, we connect through music. @arkadianworld

There is a big difference between simply showing up in a community and actually becoming part of it. You might discover a project because of a campaign join a few activities complete a few tasks and move on once everything is over But if you choose to stay, understand how the ecosystem works, discover what you are good at, and keep creating value, the story becomes completely different That is what I find interesting about .@arkadianworld Arkadian does not make the experience revolve entirely around the question of what you can get today Instead, it creates an environment where everyone can find their own place Some people enjoy exploring Some like completing challenges Some are good at writing Some prefer design Some enjoy research And others simply want to contribute in their own way There is no single formula for becoming a valuable member What matters is what you actually do during the time you spend here I especially like the idea that even small activities can become part of something much bigger over time One contribution might not mean much on its own But when you keep coming back and creating something, people gradually begin to recognize you through what you have actually done That is where reputation becomes interesting It is not built by having a great-looking profile It is not created by a few lines describing yourself It comes from a visible history of actions Where have you shown up What have you helped with What have you created How have you improved How long have you been contributing to the ecosystem All of these things gradually shape an identity of your own And that is also why I think milestones in Arkadian can be more meaningful than a typical reward They turn activities that could easily be forgotten into lasting records of each person’s journey Today, you might just be a newcomer A few weeks later, you become familiar with the ecosystem A few months later, you may have built up a collection of achievements without even realizing how much you have accumulated At some point, your profile becomes more than just an information page It starts telling your story How you participate What you care about What skills you have And most importantly, what you have actually contributed I think this is an interesting direction for Web3 Because many onchain activities are still viewed through a simple cycle Complete a task Earn a reward Move on to the next campaign That model can attract a lot of users in a short period of time But it is much harder to create genuine long-term connection Arkadian has an opportunity to approach this from the other direction Instead of simply asking how many things a user has completed It can help answer a more interesting question “Who have you become through everything you have done?” That may seem like a small difference in perspective, but it can have a meaningful impact Because in the end, what we take with us after a campaign does not have to be the reward It can be a new skill new relationships new experience or a profile that shows you genuinely contributed And when those things accumulate over time you are no longer simply a participant You become part of a story that you helped create yourself That is what I would like to see more of from .@arkadianworld

I’m not sure I’ll stay at this position forever. Maybe tomorrow I’ll be #11. Maybe one day, I’ll climb even higher. But for now, I’m feeling pretty relaxed in @arkadianworld . No need to rush. Just check in, participate, explore, and enjoy the journey. Today, I’m sitting at #10 on the leaderboard.
1/ What is ARK? ARK is not just another community where you join, collect roles, and disappear. It’s a place for people who want to contribute, build, explore, and grow alongside others. The goal isn’t simply to be “a member”. The goal is to become an Arkadian. 2/ An Arkadian is someone who shows up. You might create content, share ideas, help others, contribute your skills, join conversations, explore opportunities, or simply start building your presence from day one. Every journey starts somewhere. And in ARK, you don’t need to wait until you’re “ready” to begin. 3/ So why join? Because the internet is full of communities asking for your attention. ARK is about giving your contribution a place to matter. You meet people, build connections, stay active, and grow through participation. The more you explore, the more doors can open. 4/ Want to become an Arkadian? Start here: 🔸Join ARK: arkadian.world/?ref=vuvantua… 🔸Fill in your information and continue through the onboarding process. 🔸After that, you’ll receive the next step to join the Discord and enter the community. 5/ Once you're in, don't just join and disappear. Make checking in part of your routine: 🔹Daily check-in 🔹One day at a time. One contribution at a time. One step closer to becoming a real Arkadian. 6/ The question isn’t “Can I join?” The real question is: What will you bring to ARK? See you inside @arkadianworld @0x1kenobi

Some reputations are built by what you say. Others are built by what you actually do. That’s the idea that stayed with me when I started thinking about what an Ark really represents in @arkadianworld An Ark isn't simply another achievement, badge, or campaign milestone. It reflects something that takes longer to build: the combination of your skills, contributions, participation, and progress over time. That is also what makes the model interesting to me. In many Web3 campaigns, participation has a short lifespan. You do what is required, collect the rewards, and once the campaign is over, your attention simply shifts to the next one. Arkadian approaches participation differently. The journey can begin with an Expedition. You explore the ecosystem, discover opportunities, and find the areas where you want to get involved. Bounties take the next step. They give you a way to turn your time, skills, creativity, and attention into meaningful contributions. And when you accomplish something, Medals give those achievements a lasting record, adding another piece to your history within the ecosystem. From there, becoming an Arkadian isn't about completing one special task. You simply start participating. Explore. Join Expeditions. Take on Bounties. Create. Contribute. Keep building your track record. Because the interesting part happens gradually. Individual activities begin to connect. Your contributions accumulate. Your track record becomes part of your reputation. And that reputation becomes part of your history inside the ecosystem. That is why I don't see an Ark as just proof that someone completed something. I see it as a reflection of the journey behind those accomplishments. The skills you brought. The work you completed. The things you contributed. And over time, those pieces create something that a single campaign never could: a reputation that grows with your participation. The campaign may end. Your contribution history doesn't have to. @arkadianworld

Most communities give you tasks. The Ark asks a better question: What can you actually contribute? That’s how I see @arkadianworld. Arkadian is building a global go-to-market network connecting projects with people who can genuinely help them grow. You can contribute through content, research, community, translation, events, development, regional knowledge and more. The important part isn’t collecting another role. It’s building a reputation through real work. So how do you become an Arkadian? Enter the Ark, connect your identity, find where your skills fit, and contribute. Learn the product. Help the community. Create something useful. Bring real value. You don’t need to be good at everything. Just be useful at something. That’s why I’m interested in the Ark. Not because I want to be called an Arkadian. I want to contribute until I become one. gArk. @arkadianworld @0x1kenobi

Last week, we hosted the first Arkadian Community Meetup in Ho Chi Minh City. 🚀 It was an evening filled with great conversations, fresh ideas, and meaningful connections between builders, creators, and contributors. During the meetup, we: ✨ Introduced Arkadian and its vision for contributor reputation. 🤝 Heard directly from Coops, Founder of Arkadian, about the future of the platform. 💬 Had an engaging Q&A session with Coops, @CryptoTuno74701, and @baobao_gems. 🎉 Wrapped up the evening with networking, giveaways, and plenty of memorable moments. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this meetup such a success. This is only the beginning. Looking forward to seeing the Arkadian community continue to grow. 💙 @arkadianworld #Arkadian #Web3 #AI #Community #Meetup

You may have seen the news about the Chapter 11 filing by MVMT Labs, Inc. on July 15th. Two things worth saying clearly: 1 - MVMT Labs, Inc. is a separate legal entity, and Move Industries is not part of that filing. 2 - Move Industries is operating normally. We continue to put our heads down and build.
