Epoch 44 on @NestExchange is 24 hours in and there are 10.3m new NEST locks, with another 2.1m to go from HYPE Engine Vault compounding. New emissions this epoch are 16.2m. NEST demand soaring as LPs are fighting for the huge, 500 HYPE bonus coming.
epoch 43 results the HYPE Engine Vault is buying back nearly $80k of NEST now 500 HYPE will be available for NEST locked in the vault this epoch

Ehhh this is like $174M across multiple chains and cold/hot wallets sent to 0x770b10b273fC44Fe9197D6bF20F145c2e98463Ee over the past hour.
Think @bitget hot wallet might’ve just been hacked for 20M? something hella fishy happening on @arbitrum Fresh wallet 0xe410…d946 just bought 7,111 ETH on Arbitrum in 6 min with 19.67M USDT0 (from a Bitget hot wallet), via UniswapX + 1inch Fusion, paying up to +5% over spot WETH/USDC pool hit $2,870 which makes no sense if someone was just trying to buy eth That’s just arb chain

interestingly @NestExchange; > does 1.5% of Hyperliquid's revenue per week > trades at 0.02% of Hyperliquid's mcap > does 35% of TradeXYZ's revenue per week > accounts for 15% of HyperEVM gas (looking at @Enter_Elysium $KNTQ builder incentives here 👀) Nestliquid
Quick recap of epoch for @NestExchange; - $355K worth of $NEST was locked this week - 235 new unique wallets locked, welcome to nest 🪺 - $35K worth of $HYPE got distributed amongst veNEST lockers into the @TheHypeEngine vault. Avg ROI: 10% (lowest in a while, due to high lock demand) - $220K of revenue generated from which 100% goes to tokenholders ($veNEST) $ recap; - Total rewards given this epoch, $255K - Total $NEST locked, $355K (dune data, courtesy of @Ace_da_Book) - Total value of $NEST emissions, $290K Net Epoch Revenue = $320K and nest 2.0 is nearing launch... A question we get a lot at @nestexchange is "how much HYPE have I actually earned?" Now you can check for yourself. I just built the HYPE Spring Explorer. Every HYPE bonus since launch, searchable by wallet, every epoch. 14,263 HYPE has gone out to 1,578 of you so far. Seeing it all in one place hits different. Paste your wallet address and you'll see: + what you earned each week + whether it came from a new lock, a top-up, or the vault compounding for you + where you rank all-time It updates itself every Thursday. What's so awesome about HYPE Spring is it's real protocol revenue, turned into HYPE, distributed to the people who believe in HyperEVM, HYPE, and nest. Go find your wallet and tell me your rank 👇 hype-spring-explorer.netlify…

My plan: 1. Swap xStocks on @silhouette_ex 2. Put them at work on @NestExchange and on ____? 3. Earn on my tokenized equities. It’s that simple.
tokenized stocks are growing across Hyperliquid, now over $375k in TVL on nest swap on Hypercore or bridge your xStocks to nest and earn triple digit APR rewards

nest in a bullish regime has some eye popping data 500 million (31%) veNEST sits in the HYPE Engine Vault now. 100% of revenues are used to buyback and lock more NEST. That is approximately $67,580 of NEST buybacks next epoch. Emissions are healthy at $287,000 so there is plenty of room for additional liquidity expansion after nest hit an ATH of $25.5m this week, and the lock rate is actually HIGHER this epoch, but still sits at an astronomically high 86%. Locks in epoch 43: 20,035,455 NEST New supply: 16,389,704 NEST 26.7% of veNEST is in the HYPE Engine, which means $58,200 of HYPE will be bought and distributed to new NEST lockers next epoch. NEST demand creation NEST supply competition More liquidity and more locks More volume and more fees More NEST buybacks and bigger HYPE bonuses NEST circulating supply continues to drop. Green ocean

Excited to see this one out. When an EVM is composable with an orderbook, this gives AMMs a new set of eyes that they didn't have before. CEX-DEX arbitrage is a massive source of value leakage from AMMs. My back-of-the-envelope calculations suggest that this could be ~$2B per year across DeFi. Through precompiles, nest AVR pools will be able to read a reference price from the orderbook within each block to estimate how much arbitrage value is available to each swap. This is especially relevant for HYPE pools, which generate the most volume on nest. Higher yields will make providing liquidity to blue-chip nest pools more attractive, giving the AMM a chance to work in symphony with the orderbook. That captured value is 100% shared with Hyperliquid users. Parameters will be optimised over time, but it's clear that this lever can generate significant fee performance during volatile events. Good to have in an industry whose assets are highly volatile. Some people approach this problem with offchain or external systems (fair enough), or with propAMMs (not DeFi). Hyperliquid gave us the opportunity to try something unique that is fully onchain. nest has a new source of value capture that can deliver significantly more rewards for LPs and voters. It's also my first contribution to nest on the smart contract side, so I'm especially eager to see this live!

Fair, ve(3,3) revenue is fees, not volume. That's exactly why the model doesn't assume volume stays constant. Trades resize or leave in the simulation (Models 1 and 2 differ on how elastic they are), and gross fees still came out 27.8 to 30.9% higher. The reason is that arb volume doesn't vanish, it just gets repriced. AVR charges 75% of the gap, so a 140 bp dislocation carries a ~107 bp fee and the arber still clears ~33 bp. The trades are still happening. What changes is that voters keep 107 bp instead of 10. The only arbs that leave are ones where the gap is smaller than the fee, e.g. the ones where the pool was losing money anyway. Meanwhile flow arriving at a fairly priced pool pays the same 10 bp base as today. Reported volume could be lower at the same TVL, no argument there. But veNEST voters would rather be paid on the volume than farmed by it. And gross fees going up 30% probably means more liquidity, which would lead to more volume...a secondary, downstream effect.

Please read about nest 2.0's upcoming new Dynamic Fee algorithm that will lead to a 27-31% uplift in revenues, particularly around volatility events. This is an innovation only possible on Hyperliquid due to the native precompiles, and part of the vision only possible on HyperEVM thanks to the vertical integration of Hypercore. Big shoutout to @Telaga_EA and @Satsyxbt for diving extremely deep into the research. This took many months and returns to the drawing board, but we are very excited about the prospect of being much more efficient with liquidity, increasing flow, and returning significantly more value to veNEST holders. This means more revenues, more HYPE, with the same amount of capital. Enjoy the article and please share. Hyperliquid
