@accesspensions has officially confirmed in writing that all legal documents (including the High Court Letter of Administration) are accepted, and their formal letter for my late father’s RSA reconciliation HAS NOW BEEN SUBMITTED TO PENCOM!
After sitting on the file, public exposure forced them to move.

After days of claiming they were "waiting on PenCom," @accesspensions finally admitted via email that they hadn't even sent the file yet because they needed one last document (a bank statement).
I provided it instantly. Now, they have officially confirmed in writing that they have everything they need to formally request clearance from @PenComNig !
My family has provided the High Court Letter of Administration, Death Certificate, and Bank Statements. The ball is entirely in their court. I have given them 24 hours to provide the dispatch reference number.

BUT Access Pensions just told me they can't pay because they are waiting on PenCom/PTAD to clarify his 2007-2009 contributions!

As a network infrastructure engineer, I experienced this exact backend anomaly. My 800GB @MTNNG yearly plan was wiped out in just 53 days. I monitored the granular IPDR logs there was zero local hardware output or traffic to justify a depletion of that scale.
I currently have an unresolved petition with the @ConsumersNCC regarding this exact timeline. @MTNNG relies on blaming "background apps," but they refuse to provide forensic, server side transparency.
