Vote for this man ! The love and commitment to the race is inspiring. And it’s not easy running a race with the odds stacked against you. VOTE.
I’m out here visiting every county, listening to Californians, and running on practical things that will save us money: ✅ $3 gas ✅ $73 car registration ✅ Cutting your electricity bills in half ✅ No state income tax on your first $150K Xavier Becerra won’t even debate me. He backed out of LA Times and Univision. He has zero respect for the people of California. If he doesn’t respect you now, how will he respect you as Governor? California deserves a governor who SHOWS UP. Vote for the candidate who’s already working to save you money, not the candidate who hides in his basement. Vote, California. It’s time for a change. Just Try It!

When Keith Ellison was in Congress, he led the charge to get remittances flowing to Somalia so that suitcases of cash could leave. As AG, Keith took campaign donations from convicted Somali fraudsters.

16 years of one-party Sacramento rule created the homeless industrial complex—harm reduction plus Housing First that spends billions on million-dollar apartments with zero requirements for sobriety, treatment, or work—while streets from Skid Row to Fresno spiral. Becerra and the Democrats chose this deliberate scandal; ballots are out now, so wake up California and choose a different direction. Just try it!

I’ll make a deal. I will personally teach 150 kids for just $30 million…
My jaw is on the floor A look at the financial information of a taxpayer funded charter school in Minnesota called Lionsgate Academy shows it’s getting $33.4 million with ONLY 150 STUDENTS ENROLLED “Graduation rate, 23%…. $34 million, they can't read or write, and their graduation rate is 23%. Why does this school exist? — What is it serving” I looked into it and confirmed that of their over $33 million dollars in annual funding, 99% comes from taxpayers What in the heck is going on in Minnesota?? Americans taxpayers are being robbed blind

Your vibes are way off. My life has been infinitely improved and healthier when I stopped having to commute to a cubicle and be there for 8 hours.
My strongest “vibes not evidence” belief is that remote work is a cancer that’s making (most) people miserable even though it seems better in the short term.

Funny
FLASHBACK: Obama’s IRS singled out Tea Party and other conservative groups for heightened scrutiny based on their names and political positions, delayed tax-exempt applications for years and demanded unnecessary donor information. The IRS ultimately admitted wrongdoing and apologized. Obama insisted there was “not even a smidgen of corruption.”

Hey Chelsea, on the subject of your wedding: your dad's buddy Doug Band wrote that the Clinton Foundation resources were used for your wedding. Maybe the DoJ should look into this?
Goodness gracious. Our wedding was in 2010. In Rhinebeck, New York. No taxpayer funds courtesy of President Obama or anyone. I’m sure 2014 in every season was beautiful in the Rose Garden!

Peggy Flanagan refuses to name the problem: Somali gang violence. Minnesotans shouldn’t have to fear bullets flying at high school football games. I’m proud to be endorsed by the Minnesota Police and Peace Officers Association and the Police Officers Federation of Minneapolis. In the U.S. Senate, I’ll stand with law enforcement, crack down on Somali gang violence, and hold violent criminals accountable. Minnesota deserves safe communities and leaders who confront the hard truths.

NYC politicians voted themselves an 18% raise. Water Board gave itself a 6% rate hike. NYS Thruway, 5% toll hike. Social Security checks up 3.6%. Real wages up. Everyone gets increases to keep pace with expenses ... except for rent-stabilized landlords. therealdeal.com/new-york/202…

This is very likely. What did Amy Klobuchar know and when did she know it? Recall, Amy Klobuchar was the Hennepin County Attorney from 1999-2007…Ilhan Omar lived in Hennepin County.
I have a very strong feeling that the real scandal surrounding Ilhan Omar is not her dubious immigration or financial history, but rather that so many senior-ranking Democrats knew about all of it and deliberately chose to do nothing.

I hope this is so. Neither of these people should be in our government
Senator Amy Klobuchar has been quietly preparing her staff for her exit from politics after a direct link between her, Congresswoman Ilhan Omar, and the Somali "refugees" who stole billions from Medicaid was uncovered. Sources say Klobuchar is expecting that both she and Omar will have to resign and that there's a distinct possibility of both state and federal charges. The investigation that was started by citizen journalist Nick Shirley has grown into one of the most explosive political scandals in a decade. What's your response to this......??👀 MAKE THIS GO VIRAL ON X. LET’S GO 👏

The tents on California’s sidewalks are NOT normal. Sunbreak Ranch founder George Mullen traveled to London, Madrid, all across Europe... He saw ZERO encampments. Inept politicians created this SCANDAL of mass street homelessness. I’ll clean it all up by the end of 2027.

3 thoughts about the Politico property tax revolt piece. 1. This reminds us of why California voters approved Prop 13 in the first place. Property owners faced rapid increases in their taxes due to higher rates and sharp rises in assessed values. 2. Getting rid of property taxes or exempting seniors only works if there are offsetting spending cuts so that local government budgets don't get thrown out of balance. 3. I can understand why seniors think they should get an exemption (living on fixed incomes, no longer having kids in public schools, desire to own a home free and clear), but I don't think age-based exemptions are good public policy. The goal should be to keep taxes in check for everyone by controlling spending. politico.com/news/magazine/2…

Just a reminder: Keith Ellison was palling around with Hasan Piker when he was in town. They exchanged contacts on a livestream.
As Democrats, we constantly criticize the far-right for their incendiary and discriminatory politics, but we need to hold ourselves to the same standard. Hasan Piker’s rhetoric is polarizing and dangerous, and embracing him as a party is a mistake. I am disappointed that Minnesota DFLers are hosting an event with him here.
