I need help. I been wanting to setup a mobile breakfast kitchen at the Maharagama Cancer Center on Sundays (my only free day)using my Jeep for some time. I even reached out to @HarpoGooneratne who very kindy shared his number and even @Rosh_Maha Aiya (but didn't tell him about this idea) I didn't follow up out of lord knows what fear. Every time I think I'm ready to do it but then I back down for some reason. Can anyone help me? I'm willing to learn the basics at a restaurant on the weekends to make this a reality somehow. I have run community kitchens, school meal programs, helped my friends setup restaurants and worked in their kitchens and run the pass before but nothing in terms of formal training. Specially scared because I'll be feeding vulnerable patients and families that come for treatment etc. How can I make this work? Any help or advice or someone to just push me over the edge is appreciated.
