I like this change a lot actually and it goes to show the spirit of tarkov is not completely lost. when someone really pisses you off or you've killed them in odd circumstances, putting in huge effort just to get their tag to ID them and check their stats feels meaningful.

hate to discount your opinion anii bc you are right,, but I think the downfall truly started with the rust migration in 12.11 and the inertia situation of 12.12. rust players moving from rust to tarkov during the pandemic bc their game was "ruined" (recoil update) just to 1/2
idk ever since they dropped unheard the community has never been the same, 80% of the people hate on people who are better than them and then the other 20% think if you play PvE you dont deserve life
