Canary Capital has formally filed Amendment No. 2 to its S-1 application for a spot, Staked SEI ETF. The updated regulatory filing introduces highly revised staking mechanics, estimating that up to 90% of the asset will be staked while remaining under the sole custody of BitGo. In parallel, issuers REX Shares and Osprey Funds set an effective date for their own staked SEI ETF efforts
