Vote YES on PROP 39 VOTER ID. Shouldn't even be a debate to show ID to Vote & Proof of US Citizenship to register to Vote. It isn't that hard or an inconvenience to US Voters. Also clean the voter rolls, shouldn’t be an issue Federal help check voter rolls for election integrity.
