Jalen Hurts' injury initially occurred when he was cleated against the Rams. So, doctors have a handle on what caused the blood clots and a plan to resolve it with no long-term effects. Eagles GM Howie Roseman has worked with Hurts and his agent, Nicole Lynn, throughout the process and everyone is on the same page.
