Last night Team International took the team bus to Olive Garden for a family style dinner. Meanwhile Team USA took 12 separate cabs to 12 separate tables at Applebee’s. Today was inevitable.

Yesterday’s essay by @DarioAmodei is a must read with which @elonmusk and others have agreed.
@RepublicanAGs have been at the forefront of the intersection of innovation and protection for decades.
Here is what I wrote on linkedin about it:

We Must Pace the Frontier: I’ve written a new essay on why the AI industry should slow down, with a three-part plan for doing so.
Anthropic is unilaterally committing to the first of these steps. We’ll provide third-party evaluators with permanent, employee-level access to our systems, so that they can verify adherence to our safety measures, report on incidents, and assess models’ alignment during training.

Good litmus test on who we should #shrink
Update on the situation: I took the car in to get serviced, I paid in full, and sent a text with invoice to the golfer. his response: "Spoke to my lawyer, not my fault, i wont pay, insane to think you would force someone to pay this... blah blah blah.. (*I only texted him are you going to pay for this after he said he would*) he chickened out after telling myself and many other people he would pay it. zero accountability, zero truth to holding his word. not a stand up guy.

“While you consider your decision, please enjoy this special behind the scenes footage of the time we kidnapped the President of Venezuela for, like, no reason.”
Sources: President Trump, commerce secretary Howard Lutnick, and White House task force head Andrew Giuliani put together a team of elite lawyers — from outside the government — to challenge the Flo Balogun red card. Specifically they challenged the use of slow motion instant replay to give the red card, which they argued violated FIFA rules. The president also conveyed to Gianni Infantino, FIFA’s president, that the appeal had been filed and he believed the red card penalty was excessive. FIFA’s independent committee reviewed the decision and agreed the penalty was incorrectly given, rescinding it under their rule 27 authority.

FIFA sources confirm there is no mechanism to appeal a World Cup red card in their Disciplinary Code. Which seems quite surreal. But it means Balogun will not be able to play Belgium.

I am honored to have the endorsement of President Donald J. Trump. President Trump has fought harder than anyone to secure our border, restore American strength, drain the swamp, protect our freedoms, and put working families first.
As South Carolina’s Attorney General, I have been proud to stand with him in that fight. I defended President Trump’s executive orders. I backed his America First cabinet. I fought back against the Left’s lawfare and political prosecutions. I defended election integrity. I took the Biden Administration to court when they tried to force their woke, unconstitutional agenda on South Carolina.
And I never backed down.
When President Trump needed fighters, I was in the fight. Now, I am running for Governor to keep South Carolina strong, conservative, and free. Thank you, President Trump. I am grateful for your support and I am ready to keep fighting for South Carolina.

We joined federal, state, and local law enforcement and business leaders to discuss resources to combat human trafficking.
With six more World Cup matches in Miami, South Florida will see record-breaking tourism, but we will not let that devolve into record-breaking crime.

Today, we remember a legend.
On this day in history, Harambe would have celebrated another birthday. An icon that became part of internet history, American culture, and an entire generation’s timeline.
Tomorrow marks 10 years since we lost him. Ten years since the moment the world stopped scrolling and collectively mourned something bigger than a meme.
He became a symbol of loyalty, strength, chaos, unity, and the strange beauty of the internet bringing millions of people together for one cause: never forgetting Harambe.
Everyone remembers where they were when they heard the news. And somehow, a decade later, his legacy still lives on.
Gone, but never forgotten.
Rest easy to a true patriot. 🕊️🇺🇸

I am doing some research. What is your #1 favorite moment from TBPN in the last year, whether it was: insightful, just super fun/funny, or memorable in some other way?

Sharon represents the thousands of Arkansans who work hard for every dollar they earn.
Thanks to President @realDonaldTrump, she’s able to keep more of it, and with the fourth tax cut of my administration coming later this year, she’ll keep even more.
.@POTUS just received a McDonald’s DoorDash order from Sharon Simmons, a Dasher from Arkansas, who earned $11,000 in tips last year! 🇺🇸

The new Titleist GTS2 will fix me
Jeff Kang’s the first pro to test @Titleist GTS2 on the range — and it goes about as good as you could expect.
Saw ball speeds jump from 174-175 with GT to 178-180 with GTS.
Also watched toe balls hang in the air on their intended line, as opposed to diving, with 2,200 spin.
Mentioned to me the sound was “thuddier,” which is an upgrade for him to the GT acoustics.

Excited to be able to watch the team geographically closest to me on TV. Incredibly exciting novel concept!
Let's break down the Braves Vision plan in a nutshell
- Braves are working to get Braves Vision on the lineups of traditional providers. Deals coming soon.
- Braves.tv will provide all non-exclusive games (FS1, Apple, etc.), no blackouts. If you're outside of the region, that's essentially what you've been doing anyway.
- Select games in the footprint will be available over-the-air. How many is TBD. Footprint info is in the graphic
- Exclusive content other than games
- More or less, you're going to have a different channel inside the footprint PLUS more exclusive content.
The fans win big time!
