Georgia has confirmed 14 measles cases this year, including eight tied to a single metro Atlanta daycare. Every child in that cluster was unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated.
As an ER doctor, I know measles is serious, highly contagious, and preventable.
Parents: talk to your doctor and make sure your children are up to date on their MMR vaccine. We have the tools to stop the spread. Let’s use them.
