My order was placed on 09 October 2026, and the expected delivery date was 15 October 2026. However, even on 23 October 2026, I have still not received my order. Very Poor Service by Flipkart. @flipkartsupport

Even after reaching out via the chat box in the Help Center, I was assured that my order would be delivered by the 22nd; however, it is now the 24th, and there is still no update on the order.

Same with me. Ordered on 12 Oct, delivery was due 20 Oct. Package stuck at Farukhnagar facility since 17 Oct, delivery now rescheduled to 25 Oct — still showing the same location. Extremely poor logistics experience, @Flipkart. Please resolve this urgently. #FlipkartSupport

How rubbish @Flipkart has become this is my order id OD438828815053200100 and it's been like 15 days I haven't received my product yet. Every single time I called flipkart representative they ask for 3 more days. @jagograhakjago Please I request you to do something about them 🙏

They will keep changing delivery dates. Then offer to cancel the order. When you cancel those cheaters deduct platform fees even though that platform was of no use. Big time frauds @Flipkart @flipkartsupport

@flipkartsupport is doing absolutely nothing. Don’t waste your time waiting for delivery. Go to the hub where your package is stuck and collect it yourself. I had to do the same thing today.
