The Appraisal Review Board can't adjudicate fraud. It can't issue injunctions. It can't examine how the software values your home. The court says it lacks jurisdiction because the ARB process is exclusive.
The same method recurs next year. Not just in Texas.
A property owner brought this to the U.S. Supreme Court. When the only remedy cannot grant relief, and courts dismiss because that remedy is exclusive, does due process exist at all?
