Last year KS passed a short side policy to handle a problem schools were already handling themselves. The poorly written law hamstrung districts and schools, forced schools to spend money to create less efficient systems, and solved a 5lb problem with 20lb hammer. Any chance we get this repealed before schools start up? @GovLauraKelly

Checking in on the Odyssey - The movie the RW was throwing a fit about for the last month and tell you was going to flop. It almost 2 weeks in, lets take a look at the progress: Box office: 696 Million - That number is domestic through yesterday and Global through week 1 with some week 2 partial numbers in, they don't update them daily. That means that in two weeks the Odyssey with be over 710 million, and officially in the black by the end of the weekend. Current projections, based on is staying power so far, are 1.5 billion or 600 million plus profit
