“I found this in my basement and it reminded me...
I was 8 when I tried out for my first baseball team at Pomona field. I walked two miles to try-outs every day for a week. I didn't know what "get one" meant. I didn't know the names of the positions. When the coach said take the field and go to the position you want to play, I went to first base because it was closest to the dugout and some other boys stopped there. I didn't know what to do at all. There was little instruction from the coaches who were simply thinning the herd of 8, 9 and 10 year old boys.
I got cut. I didn't even know what that meant. It's no surprise to me to now. My first glove was purchased by an absentee father that didn't know I needed a glove for my left, not my right hand. My mother threw baseballs with me. I didn't know the rules and I'm sure she didn't either. But I could read, and my name wasn't on the list of boys posted at the end of the last day of tryouts. I walked home carrying my wooden bat on my shoulder. And I cried enough on the walk home that I could tell my mother "I got cut" with a solemn face.
15 years later I had played on some 40 or so different school, little league, pony league, colt, legion, all-star, college and semi-pro teams. I graduated from Elon with a baseball scholarship throwing players out at second base trying to steal and hitting line drives. I still remember walking off of the field at Elon for the last time, with tears in my eyes and my bat on my shoulder.”

You should visit Winnsboro, SC. It’s the upcountry’s oldest town, home of the nation’s first Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church, the Southern headquarters of General Cornwallis- house is restored, home of the McMaster clan ( current Governor is a McMaster). The town founders immigrated from Ireland following the original pastor of the ARP church. Fascinating place- but continues to fade into obscurity.

As noted in the footnotes, VAERS only means death occurs after a vaccine. Like the two “associated measles deaths” in Pa, there’s no direct evidence tying the deaths to vaccines. Associated measles cases means that cause of deaths is yet to be determined.
In other words, there’s still no deaths directly linked to measles.
