Tomorrow, the petition is listed before the Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate seeking registration of an FIR against Sanjay Azad and Nishu Azad. A clear opportunity was given to apologise and delete the posts that insult Bhagwan Shiv, Bhagwan Shri Krishna, Maa Saraswati, Maa Durga, and Sanatan Dharma. That left no option but to move the Court for an FIR. Disagreement with faith is a personal choice. It is not a licence to mock or insult the Gods and worship of others. Freedom of speech is not freedom to outrage religious feelings. This matter will be taken to its logical conclusion, as in the cases of Rana Ayyub, Dhruv Rathee, Karishma Aziz and others.
