Your cell phone examiner stood up there and said that someone literally accessed his phone and deleted messages but did not say what messages were deleted. Did not say who did it. Did not say if the phone was accessed with the password. In fact he didn't say anything. The GPS data of the movements of the phone that day was old news. That news had been released months ago. So what are all of these deleted messages? If you have a smoking gun, produce it.
