[🇫🇷 version FR 👇] Day 179 orbit 2774 — Yoohoo! EVA-96 was completed successfully by @Astro_Jessica and @astro_anil! These photos pretty much capture how happy I was to see them back... although you can also spot a few signs of fatigue, because it had been a veeeery long day. Thanks Anna for the photos! Jack and I were tasked to help for the preparation: making sure intravehicular operations ran smoothly and safely. While the spacewalkers are the ones out in the spotlight, EVAs are very much a team effort, and it's always a privilege to support the crew from within. That being said, I’ve got exciting news to share: this August 18, it will be my turn to head outside the Station, alongside Anil, in order to replace a Space-to-Ground Antenna, or SGANT. This piece of equipment is crucial for transmitting data and high‑speed communication between Mission Control Center in Houston and the Station. So, one EVA complete for August, two more to prepare! 📸 @esa / @NASA Jour 179, orbite 2774 – Youhou ! #εpsilon • @esaspaceflight • @Space_Station • @NASAJohnson • @CNES • @ESA_fr
