Everyone has a thesis. Mine is Yuga Labs. I don’t know if it’ll work. I don’t know what Otherside will ultimately become, or what the Yuga ecosystem will look like in the years ahead. What I do know is that I respect and admire builders who commit to a vision and keep iterating instead of pretending they already have all the answers. Watching @mfigge and the Team, that’s what stands out to me. They’re building toward an idea they believe has potential. No one knows exactly how it’ll unfold, so they test, adapt, learn, and keep moving. In my experience, that’s often how meaningful things are built. Real conviction is earned through execution, not hype. Building first and proving it over time has always impressed me more than selling a polished narrative before the product has earned it. I believe conviction isn’t about certainty. It’s about committing to a direction while accepting that the path will evolve. And that, my friends, is the kind of conviction I’m willing to back all day every day 🦍

You don't fck with deploying coins, you don't have access to any FNFs, you're not building fee generating platforms, you're not getting deals. The meme era is a completely different beast from the NFT era. This is for the retrads STILL here who bought into onchain jpegs and earned their place as an insider through conviction. People who want to participate in potential financial upsides without selling their soul and reputation for it. Literally telling you there's opportunity in something you already participate in and interact with everyday. Most people will keep scrolling, keep chasing, keep waiting for the perfect narrative to be handed to them. That’s fine. Let them. The ones starting to pay attention are locking in, building relationships, and stacking before the rest of the market even notices the shift. There's no super secret cabal. But there's a group of longtime dedicated people who are bagworking, have stayed plugged in, and building toward a compounding moment where the outsiders will finally be like "oh fck i missed that entry" If you want to be spoon fed your next move, open wide say ahhhh. a year ago we opened @othersidemeta for the first time persistently today, i'm putting @imjameshall in charge of it before i became ceo, i was working deeply on otherside. i aped a lotta otherdeeds before joining yuga. literally bought into the vision.  and the past year was a turnaround job, getting the platform right-side up. it was an accomplishment just to visit OS whenever you wanted with whatever avatar you wanted now otherside has some of the most bottled up potential in the space james has been leading yuga's engineering and ran Gobs as an operator, so he knows what it takes to build in public and stay close to a community he also gets the hardest part of the job: maximizing the experience for otherdeed and koda holders while pulling in a much bigger audience that doesn't own either yet i'm not going hands-off, and there’s a killer team on otherside - leaders in smart contracts, art&design, gaming, software dev, and the many other fields required to win but this gives me more bandwidth to focus on the club and the coin and projects work better with a clear caretakers - james is the guy for otherside
