A college president is suing faculty members for arguing she plagiarized (by presenting evidence that she did). One was the VP for Research, who filed a plagiarism report as part of his job.
It's a remarkable case that you'd think would cause outcry in the academic community.

If I was an NFL head coach and I knew I was playing the Broncos at Denver, I'd do my week of practice beforehand somewhere in the Denver metro area so my players are acclimated to 5,280'.
It seems like every Broncos home game goes the same way: visitors beat the Broncos up in the first half, and then the Broncos come roaring back in the second half.
It happens too often to not be at least in part due to altitude acclimatization.
