As your next Congresswoman for Oregon’s 1st Congressional District, I will fight to put students, parents, and teachers first, not union bureaucracy. Through my STEPS Act (Student Teacher Empowerment Act) I will work to give teachers greater freedom to teach, innovate, and make decisions based on what their students actually need, without being controlled by union politics. I believe teachers should be trusted to teach, parents should have a stronger voice in their children’s education, and every Oregon student deserves the opportunity to succeed. I’m ready to fight for an education system that empowers teachers and puts students first. drkahlforcongress.com

New York Democrats have declared WAR ON THE AMISH. Thanks to their unconstitutional attack on religion, they're now able to fine EACH unvaccinated Amish child $2,000 EVERY SINGLE DAY. ⠀ The $118,000 bill is one day, not the cap. Three one-room schools alone already owe that much for 59 children, at $2,000 each. ⠀ Health Commissioner Mary Bassett imposed it on December 15, 2022. She called the sum conservative because it assumed only one day out of compliance. ⠀ Dygert Road was billed $52,000 for 26 children. Pleasant View was billed $46,000 for 23. ⠀ Shady Lane was billed $20,000 for 10. ⠀ Footnote 9 of the Second Circuit opinion records the state's view. Each day an unvaccinated student attends is a fresh violation and a fresh $2,000 fine. ⠀ Another day for those 59 children is another $118,000. A 180-day year at that rate is about $21 million, and the families say they cannot pay the first bill. ⠀ Joseph Miller, Jonas Smucker, and Ezra Wengerd run the schools. The schools sit in Clymer and Heuvelton, plus the Canajoharie settlement, and take no public money. ⠀ They had a religious exemption for decades. On June 13, 2019, Democrats repealed it after measles spread through Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Rockland County. ⠀ Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the bill. Governor Kathy Hochul left it in force. ⠀ A parent may not excuse a child for faith. ⠀ Senator James Skoufis said the exemption was made up and fake. Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz called it utter garbage. ⠀ Counsel Aaron Siri told the New York Post the families can pay only if the state takes their land. Some in the community have talked of leaving the state. ⠀ The case is Miller versus McDonald. The Second Circuit ruled against them on June 30 in 2026. ⠀ A Supreme Court petition was due around September 28. Make sure EVERYONE sees this. If WE don't stand up for these incredible men and women - WHO WILL?!?!?! ⠀ Where is the “my body my choice crowd now”?

And yet, you choose to hold a townhall at a school only able to be attended by lottery.
The Treasury Department's school voucher regulations clearly demonstrate that the Trump administration has no interest in supporting public schools or the students they serve. Diverting public resources into private schools - including religious schools - that can pick and choose which students they enroll is unjust and irresponsible. Alarmingly, the regulations actually prohibit states from implementing additional oversight, reporting, accountability, or civil rights protections. The vast majority of students in this country attend public schools. We should be strengthening public education, not destroying it.

Something has to change with the cost of food in America and BOTH sides are not listening This woman is in charge of public school lunch ordering, she gives examples of items that kids love but are becoming so expensive they just can’t order them anymore “Staying within that budget right now in this 2026 economy, it is starting to feel impossible — we serve at our high school level, we serve a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It is one of the top meals that we serve. Students and staff love it. It's delicious. It's wonderful — So last January, yep, 9 months ago, we paid $237.58 for a 30 pound case of the shaved Philly seasoned meat — I just went to look at the price of it. $323.60 for the same case 9 months later. So that is a $96 increase in 9 months per case” By the way, that’s a 36% jump on price in just 9 months… This isn’t just school lunches it’s everywhere, I’m America we’re now dealing with $7 bags of chips, $12 soda cases, $8 chocolate chips, $3 heads of lettuce and $8-11 per pound ground beef Halloween bags of candy are like $25 bucks Something has to change, Americans are not getting the relief they need

Yep! Now look at Article 2, section 1 and Article 4, Section 23! “Free & Equal” & “The Legislative Assembly shall not pass special or local laws, in… providing for opening and conducting the elections of State, County and township officers and designating the places of voting.”
Turns out the 1981 "Vote by Mail" violates the Oregon Constitution. Unmanned Drop-boxes are NOT"Vote by Mail". The unconstitutional creep begun in 1981 appears to have never been challenged in court. People obeying laws that are unconstitutional. Every election more and more unconstitutional including in 2024 Multnomah County Elections took drop-box ballots to a secret location first before delivering them to the elections office and refused for us observers to go there to observe. I asked director Tim Scott to put cameras at the drop-boxes. He refused. I asked Tim to put on the audio so we could "hear" how "signature verification" and "Adjudication" decisions are made. Tim refused. I asked to take the signature verification and adjudication training given to election workers. Both, Tim Scott and @ORSecretaryRead are silent on that after Tim first emailing me he was looking into it. I asked Tim and Tobias both to mail the Voter Pamphlet to all voters as required by law. Tobias just got $1.25 million and both are refusing for every voter in Multnomah County to get a voter pamphlet. Every election as many as 229,000 do not get one. Candidates and measure campaigns pay money to be in the voter pamphlet believing it goes to all voters. IT DOES NOT! I've repeatedly asked for the list of IT personnel involved in our elections. Tobias has not released the public record to me; it's now been months. Steve Trout on leaving in 2020 specially cited concerns with the "IT Security personnel". Now ballots are opened as they arrive before election day. There are no 24-hour election observers who can stay for over 30 days, day and night to "observe". The circumstantial evidence has piled up. Why did it get to this? Public school indoctrination taught us to obey all authority without questioning. The Constitution gets undermined with a "state" law (ORS) that gets undermined with "regulations" (OAR) that gets undermined with "policy" that gets undermined with "well, that's my decision". Follow the Oregon Constitution. In-person, in-precinct voting where the voter resides. Which beats people getting in their cars driving to drop-boxes and waiting in line there. THAT is not "vote by mail". The last two in-precinct votings I did was one time the voting place was a block from my home at a school, and the last time was a community center close to my home. Make the Election Day a Holiday. Oregon students are capable of so much more than what our education system is delivering today. As Governor, I will restore graduation requirements because a high school diploma needs to mean something again. And that’s just the beginning. wsj.com/opinion/after-40-yea…

When Salem Democrats proposed a massive gas tax, I fought back with Oregonians and we rejected the tax with 83% of the vote. As an Oregon legislator, Val Hoyle helped pass the very policies that make it so expensive to live and work here. Now she wants to take those policies to D.C.

Plague Is Not COVID. It's a Bacterium, and It Responds to Antibiotics. Reading every outbreak headline through 2020 is understandable. But the biology is different. Yersinia pestis is a BACTERIUM, not a virus — it responds to drugs that have been on pharmacy shelves for decades: doxycycline, ciprofloxacin, IV gentamicin. It also doesn't transmit efficiently. Multiple pneumonic plague outbreaks worldwide since 2011, including a big one in Madagascar. NONE became a pandemic. Panic isn't the right response. Neither is refusing the public a straight answer. @RobFinnertyUSA on @NEWSMAX #MedicalFreedom

So one man with a public records request and some patience just did what every Secretary of State in this country swears is impossible… he found noncitizens on the voter rolls and got them pulled off. Here is how simple it is. When you get a jury summons and you are not a citizen, you get disqualified, and that disqualification gets written down along with the reason. Scott Presler took those records in Pennsylvania, pulled the ones disqualified for not being citizens, matched the names against the voter rolls, and had them removed. Benny says thousands. Pennsylvania, according to Scott, is the only state in the union with a law that explicitly opens those records to public inspection, reason and all. The only one. And it did not even start with him. A clerk in Michigan, Anthony Forlini, noticed people who were not eligible to serve on a jury were still getting summons, so he asked the obvious question, why, and found out they were voters. Voting. Justin Heap out in Maricopa gets his shout out too. County level people with no national platform, just records the government already had sitting in a drawer. Now keep in mind, these are the same people who have told you for years that noncitizen voting is a myth, that it never happens, that you are a conspiracy theorist for even asking. Really? The courts already know who told them they are not citizens. The voter roll already knows who is registered. Nobody bothered to put the two lists side by side, or maybe somebody did and decided you did not need to know. Which one do you think it is? For me the answer was never some fancy new system, it is clean rolls and real accountability, and here it is staring right at us. This does not need Congress, it does not need a federal judge to bless it, and Scott is right that not even a Democrat president could stop it, because it lives at the state level. Which is exactly why your governor and your state house matter this November as much as anything federal on your ballot. So here is the demand. North Carolina, Michigan, Wisconsin, Florida, Arizona, Georgia, and yes Colorado… open the jury disqualification records to public inspection and let citizens check the work. If your legislator will not sponsor that bill, ask them out loud who they are protecting. Pray, Stand, Speak, ACT. Love, What all of you good people are thinking
Scott Presler’s genius hack to expose all illegals on voter rolls in every state in the country. Not even a Democrat president could block it. Here’s how Scott was able to purge thousands of illegal aliens from the voter rolls in Pennsylvania. He obtained non-juror records. Used the ones who were disqualified for being non-citizens. Matched them up with names on the voter rolls and had them removed. We need EVERY state to open their non-juror records for public inspection so we can do this across America. This is genius @ScottPresler

I’m sick to my freaking stomach reading Tulsi Gabbard’s declassified bombshells. They laid out the entire treasonous plot: weaponizing the Zelensky phone call to impeach Trump, with Rudy Giuliani squarely in their crosshairs next. This wasn’t politics—it was a straight-up coup by corrupt deep state actors to overthrow the will of the American people. These people belong in prison for this shit. Deeply disturbing and downright terrifying.
