Once the Congress government is formed in Himachal Pradesh, Rahul Gandhi can perhaps be expected to do something about Himachal. Until then, what can he possibly do there? The same logic applies to Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Telangana, and Kerala. Unless Congress is in power in these states, expecting Rahul Gandhi to do anything for them would obviously be asking for a little too much from him.
