Why does there have to be an 'and' Gerard? Merely stating the facts in the public domain.

I think her ruling is sound because it gives time for tension to simmer. But there should be no further postponement of the march if another angry mob raises its head.

It's an interim injunction until the court hears the matter fully. It's pretty standard procedure. #ImALawyer

They’ve murdered their way to the top and infiltrated every institution in the land. At this point, nothing they do should shock anyone.

That’s what their job entails, representing clients and when proven fair and reliable they then become judges, what’s your problem with that system, or is there the smell of mass about her?

So she's on very good ground, she knows the consequences of the sectarian hate group on the march.

So much for upholding the rule of law? Stop being an idiot. It’s 2026. Things change and society moves forward, not backwards. Her family connections are a an accident of birth, give the lady respect to think for herself unless that’s to difficult for you. Try being objective.

Why is this nonsense allowed in the United Kingdom, surely if this so called judge is not impartial, why was she allowed to be involved in this judgement 🤔

In the circumstances an interim injunction was the obvious decision. The march can be held any day - when due process has been served. I take it the question of bias was not raised? You'll have to get used to nationalists holding the highest offices of state in NI.
