Бараки, облезлые пятиэтажки, косые заборы, безнадёга, увядание и хуева туча военных кораблей. Чуть менее ржавых, чем фасады домов, коричнево-грязных зимой и летом. И тогда я задался вопросом — ПОЧЕМУ ЭТО ТАК? Почему в столь похожих по природе и ландшафту местах, такая огромная разница в развитии? Почему одни построили прекрасный Пусан, а другие построили ужасный Петропавловск? (На тот момент я ещё не бывал в Японии, где просто испытал культурный шок, оказавшись на несколько веков в будущем). Что, блядь, с нами не так? Неужели мы настолько конченные? А ведь ещё совсем недавно Пусан был небольшой рыбацкой деревушкой. Что они сделали? Они построили судоремонтные заводы и убрали налоги для иностранных судовладельцев. Что случилось потом? Например, весь Камчатский и в целом Дальневосточный флот РФ ушёл на ремонт в Корею! В Пусан. И это при наличии своих судоремонтных заводов. Только в порту Петропавловска их три. Крупных. СРВ, ПСРЗ и Мехзавод. Но в Корее было дешевле, быстрее, лучше. И главное, там не было бюрократии и необходимости получать какие-то бесконечные разрешения на каждый чих. Согласования, подтверждения, доклады, пропуски... Бумаги, бумаги, бумаги, налоги, штрафы, взятки и бесконечная нервотрёпка. В итоге, российские рыболовецкий суда даже не возвращались в РФ. В своих портах их ожидала конская растаможка за всё, что проходило ремонт в Пусане. Зайти в родной порт означало заплатить своему государству сумму, сопоставимую со стоимостью ремонта в Южной Корее. Таким образом, компании вылавливали биоресурсы в территориальных водах РФ и вывозили их в тот же самый Пусан. Потому что там продукцию закупали по хорошим ценам, без лишней бюрократии и взяток. В итоге, вместо развития мы получили пустую военную базу с бараками по берегам. Страшные пятиэтажки, серость и уныние. В РФ всё сделано не для людей. В РФ всё сделано для войны. Кругом места дислокации оружия. Старого, ненужного, секретного. И только Москва выкачивает из своих колоний (городов, краёв и областей) все соки. Москва — это не город на семи холмах. Москва — это город на камчатской икре и на якутских алмазах. Город на сибирской нефти. Город на сибирском газе. Город выкачивающий всё живое из захваченных кремлевской бандой территорий. Не будет в РФ никогда и ничего хорошего. Не будет. А вот у людей, живущих в РФ есть шансы на хорошую жизнь. Если они избавятся от РФ. Well, here is the true Starlink for Ukraine story.📡🇺🇦 I see people praising Elon Musk like he personally gave Ukraine Starlink for free and has been paying for it ever since. Let’s just give credit where credit actually belongs. 🇺🇦🇵🇱🇺🇸 When Russia invaded on February 24, 2022, Ukraine asked Musk for Starlink. Musk reacted immediately, activated service and SpaceX donated thousands of terminals. That was important and he absolutely deserves credit for it. But he didn’t do it alone, and it wasn’t all free. In March 2022, USAID and SpaceX provided Ukraine with 5,175 terminals. SpaceX donated 3,667. American taxpayers paid for 1,508. And then there is Poland. Poland started supplying Starlinks almost immediately. By October 2022, Poland had already purchased 11,700 terminals, more than HALF of the roughly 20,000 then operating in Ukraine. By the end of 2024, Poland had purchased 24,560 terminals and spent almost 323 MILLION PLN on the terminals and subscriptions. Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski later put Poland’s ongoing Starlink bill for Ukraine at approximately $50 MILLION PER YEAR. And in 2025, Ukraine’s Mykhailo Fedorov called Poland its biggest Starlink donor and said Ukraine had received around 30,000 terminals from Poland. These systems aren’t toys. They have kept civilians, government services and Ukrainian forces connected and have been used for battlefield communications, drones and artillery. So yes, give Elon Musk credit. SpaceX reacted quickly when Ukraine desperately needed it and donated thousands of terminals. But give everyone else their credit too. SpaceX helped.American taxpayers helped. Other allies helped.
