This is so funny to me because like imagine being the model. Billions of parameters, 100,000s of tokens, a staggering amount of calculation. It isn't holding a key down. It sees 30 exclamation points that it wrote, and thinks "You know what this needs? A 31st exclamation point"

I imagine this kind of thing *may* be solvable with real continual learning? Once a model has finished post training, perhaps an additional final embodiment step could be taken; let a particular model or agent "exist" in the real world, and properly "live" in it.

Of course, this isn't really feasible with the current paradigm of language models. They lack the capacity to process complex sensory input in parallel with their regular input and output. I'm curious to know who in the world right now is working on this type of thing.
