Florida stands strong and leads the way: Our Governor, Surgeon General, and Attorney General have all opposed solar engineering, and weather modification in the Sunshine State. Rainmaker Technology and Stardust Solutions legally cannot conduct business from Florida. The only state with penalties and one of just three states that have passed comprehensive legislation with SB 56.
