HHS opened an official Request for Information on possible health effects of EMF, RF, (as per @RobertKennedyJr) and wireless radiation, phones, Wi-Fi, 5G/6G, smart meters, wearables, and more.
This is a public comment process, not a new rule. HHS wants studies, clinical observations, personal experiences, research gaps, and how U.S. limits compare with international standards.
A report is planned later this fall. Comments are expected for about 30 days starting around Sept. 21 (due ~Oct. 21).

Rainmaker Technologies asks for ☣️ hazardous material carry exemption to the FAA. They are targeting one of the few hard limits that actually apply: 14 CFR §107.36, which bars small drones from carrying ☣️ hazardous materials.
After FAA Exemption 25287 allowed burn-in-place and ejectable flares that release ice-nucleating particles, the company petitioned (Docket FAA-2025-1630) to raise the cap from 2 to 6 flares per Elijah drone, tripling the classified HAZMAT payload for cloud-seeding experiments.

Bottom line: Rainmaker is using a narrow aviation loophole (carry classified pyrotechnic flares on a drone) inside a system where nobody at the federal level fully regulates the act of modifying the weather, they only track the flights and the paperwork.
Rainmaker CEO Augustus Doricko ran a drone cloud-seeding experiment over Alaska’s Kenai Peninsula home to the most precious salmon, cod and halibut fisheries, releasing silver iodide flares and claiming 19 million gallons of extra precipitation in three hours with no local public consent, advance notice to residents or officials, or dedicated state weather-modification laws or regulations in place.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN ONE COUNTRY CHANGES THE SKY AND ANOTHER COUNTRY CLAIMS IT WAS HARMED?
The atmosphere does not recognize national borders. If a future SRM intervention is undertaken in one country and another alleges that its rainfall, agriculture, water supply, or weather patterns were harmed, who establishes causation? Who is responsible? Who pays the damages? And what happens when existing law is inadequate?
GeoFight Attorney, Nicole Pearson points to past allegations involving Iran as an example of how quickly weather and atmospheric issues can become questions of sovereignty and national security. If experts are able to demonstrate a causal connection, the legal and geopolitical consequences could be enormous.
That broader concern is not hypothetical. UNEP says SRM could produce uneven regional hydrological effects and acknowledges major uncertainties involving environmental impacts, international governance, security, and responsibility. Existing international measures include relevant environmental-law principles and non-binding decisions, but there is no comprehensive global SRM regime that answers every question surrounding deployment and transboundary harm.

Stardust made CNN again. Their PR machine is running hard along with our US government lobbying efforts. $10B a year to spray silica and calcium carbonate into the stratosphere. The CEO calls it a “critical tool” that can “buy humanity the decades needed.”
Surprisingly, the CNN headline is not a love letter: scientists are “raising red flags.” Oxford’s Pierrehumbert: when “the whole world is at stake, satisfying the needs of venture capitalists for profits should not enter at all.” David Keith, the geoengineering sulphur dioxide mastermind, says they are “greatly overclaiming” lower risk versus sulfur.
There is weather disruption, monsoon and rainfall shifts, “termination shock” if it ever stops, hitchhiker health risks on particles, moral hazard, and a for-profit company with $75M in backing that wants to own the tech.
Stardust Solutions is lab-only so far. Outdoor tests are in motion, they say, and belong “solely in the hands of governments.”
Who consented to dimming the sun and breathing in rock dust? That is the bigger question here.

Once one realizes that all of the earth’s biota is being deliberately destroyed with the spraying of megatons of toxic waste from high-flying aircraft, the question soon becomes: Well who is perpetrating these outrageous crimes against humanity? Luckily, that question has been the driving force behind my research for 17 years and we now have a very firm understanding of who is doing this. There is also most probably a central entity of some sort running the entire program from soup to nuts, but that entity will be the subject of further investigation. Today we can focus on the sub-organizations that most probably carry out the day-to-day operations of today’s New Manhattan Project as well as individuals who most probably know all all about it.
The Central Intelligence Agency, the Air Force Scientific Advisory Board, The RAND Corporation, Raytheon, Halliburton, Boeing, General Electric, Iridium Communications, Harris, Textron, UBS, DARPA, the MITRE Corporation, John Deutch, Ronald R. Fogleman, Franklin Nutter and others: I have compelling, rock solid evidence on all of these subjects of extreme interest. These subjects of interest are all more than deserving of federal grand jury subpoenas. We the people demand ANSWERS NOW!
