What kind of person is Shivon Zilis?
Because of her breakup with Elon Musk, Zilis has become the focus of the entire internet. Many people are commenting, but none of them are quite right.
In my opinion, Zilis is a typical "green tea" girl (a scheming woman).
While Grimes was pregnant, she accepted Musk's sperm and got pregnant at the same time, which caused Grimes to fly into a rage. At that time, Grimes was Musk's publicly acknowledged live-in girlfriend; there is no way Zilis didn't know about her. Stirring up trouble while someone else was in the middle of a passionate relationship is absolutely too much.
Before Musk and Grimes had their fallout, Musk often brought Lil X to major public events. As soon as Musk and Lil X made an appearance, Zilis would immediately post father-child photos or videos to compete for his favor.
Another thing is that Zilis has always claimed to be Musk's friend, yet she says that whenever they were in Austin or on business trips together, they would stay together.
Regarding this breakup, I guess she pushed too hard, and Musk felt she was emotionally blackmailing him. A person like Musk, who doesn't even have time to personally put in the effort to have children—how would he have time to tend to her emotions and satisfy her needs every day? This is probably the root cause of their split.
A person like Musk can't be a normal stay-at-home dad. To be his woman, one must have this kind of psychological preparation and awareness, right?

I don’t think many of us would have thought that an old, legacy oil and gas field along the coast would make for a good Spaceport, but it certainly has shown to have its advantages over a canal-free, pristine marsh. This couldn’t be more evident when looking at the first permit application filed by SpaceX.
Rather than the jigsaw puzzle of canals and spoil banks being a logistical burden, SpaceX is using this footprint for initial access to remote areas of the property for equipment staging and future construction. This is very smart as, without using the canals, there would be significantly more marsh impacts required to get to these far reach places. Dredging through that much marsh would be extremely difficult to permit and much more costly to mitigate.
And it’s not just the legacy canals they are using in this application, but also the old wharf area along the Freshwater Bayou Canal south of the locks (also known as Freshwater City). The Freshwater Bayou Canal will be a critical artery for transporting material to the future launch complex, and refurbishing and repurposing the old wharf may be the first order of business for SpaceX. It’s also perhaps the easiest thing to permit in this whole project as agencies are very friendly when it comes to improving previously disturbed areas.
So what are their plans for Freshwater City? Let’s break it down…
SpaceX needs a large, elevated area to offload and store equipment and materials transported in by barge. To achieve this, they are planning on building a ~ 130-acre open yard, 8 feet above sea level, all within the Freshwater City limits. They will also add a 3,500 ft bulkhead along the waterfront and a 1,000 ft wide slip. Since the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers only dredges the 125 ft wide navigational channel in the middle of the canal, SpaceX will also partake in its own dredging activities to connect the 16 ft deep channel to the proposed dock.
This dock is even more critical when you consider the existing canal locks just to the north. This was built many moons ago to keep freshwater in and saltwater out. While most barges can probably fit within the 84 ft wide locks, some larger vessels or ships certainly can’t pass through. That is one of the reasons why SpaceX is building this dock here (though they are also building a temporary laydown yard on the north side of the locks too).
So when will they get authorization to start construction on these activities? That is a whole other conversation…

SPACEX: The contract with the Industrial Development Board of Vermilion Parish, SpaceX agreed to job penalties for Starbase Louisiana.
- The job clock starts at least 12 months after all launch-pad permits are issued.
- Required full-time jobs rise from 18 in year one to 3,000 from year 10 on.
- Jobs count only if they pay at least 150% of average state wages.
- Transfers from other states count. Local hiring is not required.
- If SpaceX misses a target for two straight years, the penalty is the percentage shortfall times 1.8 times that year’s tax savings.
- A miss of more than 50% requires repayment of the full annual savings.
The deal is estimated to save SpaceX $23.8 billion in property taxes over 25 years. The parish is to receive about $25 million a year, plus 2% annual increases and a $20 million payment within 90 days of signing.
I do not think SpaceX is going to have any issues on meeting these goals.

Going back to my RV lot post, the city of Kaplan has drafted an ordinance requiring a 3-acre minimum for new RV parks (2 or more lots) within city limits. Also requires paved pads. This isn’t law yet but good to see focus and attention on this matter.
Kaplan's RV-park proposal would require rezoning and paved roads.
This matters for residents living in RVs on private property and for anyone considering a small park. The proposal requires new parks to clear zoning and infrastructure reviews.

I feel happy that I got to show Elon how it feels to be deeply understood, nurtured, and peacefully loved with stability and gentleness. Given the tumultuous nature of his early life, his often tortured soul, and how hard he fights for humanity I wanted him to feel the deepest and most stable form of love this world can provide. My heart is full knowing I got to do that, and I hope it leaves a lasting good effect.
We were always his safe space. A place where all of us were overjoyed to see him and one that was always full of happiness and love, not war, in contrast to his otherwise militant existence (a needed break from the battlefield where he could recharge his heart and soul before heading back out)

I’ve loved him more than life itself and he’s taught me 100 lifetimes of knowledge and made my cup overflow with life meaning, so there is a lot of loss, but luckily we created four beautiful little loves of my life ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I am so beyond grateful for our children and they make every single day the best day of my life! This is pretty cool
For those not aware, NASA certified the Cybertruck as an Astronaut Emergency Egress Vehicle, allowing SpaceX to replace their aging MRAPs.
If something goes wrong on the pad, the crew needs to get as far away as possible, as quickly as possible, and Cybertruck provides that speed and protection.
A NASA spokesperson said that both the agency and SpaceX "assessed the capability of the vehicle for all situations that would be encountered in an emergency and found that the Cybertruck met NASA’s requirements."
