ARRIVE AND DRIVE Opportunity for anyone looking to get into racing or just try something different: I’ve got a FWD Sport Compact for rent this Saturday, October 3rd at the Indianapolis Speedrome. $400 covers everything with the car, transportation, gas, crew, etc, you just show up with your driving gear, buy a pit pass, hop in, and drive. We will get it to and from the track, and set it up throughout the night. SAFETY GEAR: The track only requires a helmet and neck brace (which I can provide if needed), along with long sleeved top/bottom such as a sweat shirt and jeans for this class. A racing fire suit is HIGHLY recommended, and I have spares I can loan out. Driver keeps any winnings. 2 rounds of practice, an 8 lap heat race, and a 25 lap feature are on the schedule weather depending. Fully caged car with a racing seat/belts. Manual transmission, pretty solid car. The car now has a 17” containment seat, I have a seat insert too I can put in it for smaller drivers and/or padding. You can sell sponsorship for it and put any decals or number you want on it, you just cover decal cost. I can have someone here print them too. Racing experience is preferred but not required. I can even provide some safety equipment. Crash Clause: I cover any cosmetic damage and suspension damage up to $100, as well as any drivetrain damage not caused by negligence (Negligence would be overheating and not pulling off, burning up a clutch, etc.) Maximum crash clause would be $1,000 if car is totaled. Crash clause does not need to be paid prior to racing, but you will be signing a legally binding contract that states you will pay it if needed.
