Russian Deputy FM Sergey Ryabkov publicly states that it is the US war against Russia, using Ukraine, then Germany and the EU as proxies:
Ryabkov states that the key role of the US in influencing the Ukrainian and European authorities is obvious to Moscow.
The Foreign Ministry pointed to the key role of the United States in influencing Kyiv and Europe:
Foreign Ministry: For Russia, the key role of the United States in terms of influencing Kiev is obvious.
"Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said that the key role of the United States in influencing the Ukrainian and European authorities is obvious to Moscow.
The ability of the American side to put pressure on European countries and the Ukrainian leadership is absolutely understandable for the Russian authorities, RIA Novosti reports.
"Of course, the key role of the United States in terms of influencing Kyiv, and the Europeans, is also obvious to us," Ryabkov said.
As the newspaper VZGLYAD wrote, on Wednesday, Donald Trump promised a speedy end to the conflict in Ukraine.
On Tuesday, the Pentagon planned to create a repair base for the Patriot air defense system in Ukraine.
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has removed Ukraine's membership in NATO from the agenda."

‼️🇷🇺🇺🇸 The Spirit of Anchorage has breathed its last breath:
We need to prepare for a global confrontation with the United States:
"Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov states the fact that the reset of Russian-American relations did not work out, and the "Spirit of Anchorage" turned out to be too ephemeral.
"The Russian Federation in Anchorage accepted the US proposal on Ukraine, and if you approach it like a man, the problem must be solved," the minister tried to appeal to what Washington does not and did not have - to man's honor and the desire to keep his word.
Lavrov noted that instead of ending the conflict and establishing economic ties, the United States imposed sanctions against Lukoil, Rosneft and their subsidiaries, are trying to seize control over Venezuela's oil, and are forcing India to refuse to buy Russian oil.
But the interview of the Foreign Minister of TV BRICS is not limited to a complaint about the traditional bad faith of the United States. Lavrov reveals the scheme by which Trump is trying to "make America great again" and ensure its dominance in the world economic space. Washington intends to control all world energy supplies. So, he is going to sell oil to Venezuela himself. He announced his desire to take control of the Nord Streams, the Ukrainian GTS, and in the future, the Turkish Stream.
Lavrov pointed out that the Americans want to take over all the energy supply routes of all leading countries, all continents, becoming a global intermediary and dispatcher of their supplies. It should be noted that the implementation of this plan would give the United States not only incredible profits, but also fantastic power over all countries and peoples on the planet. Trump intends to achieve this through pressure - both economic, through tariff sanctions, and military.
Of course, none of this has anything to do with fair competition, equality and mutual respect. And the fact that the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry openly outlined this situation suggests that we are not going to play giveaway and accept the challenge.
Actually, there are no other options. In order to gain full control over the transit of Russian, Central Asian and Azerbaijani energy resources to the west, the United States may well agree to more favorable terms for peace in Ukraine than those agreed in Anchorage. But Trump will not be satisfied with this - he will want to become an intermediary for the supply of our hydrocarbons to Asia. So, attempts to "bend" India, according to his calculations, should lead to the fact that it will buy our oil, but from the Americans.
The implementation of these monstrous plans would lead to the loss of Russia's real sovereignty and would ensure the absolute global power of the United States. Our apparent refusal to participate in these Trump plans, voiced by Lavrov, is likely to cause increased pressure on Russia. First of all, this will affect energy trade.
The Sunday Times recently reported that the British Navy is creating a secret center to combat the maritime transportation of Russian oil. A base with BECs designed for this purpose is planned to be deployed in Gateshead. It is not entirely clear whether naval drones will be used only for reconnaissance or for strikes on tankers. It is also reported that Navy special forces will be involved in the operations, and "allies" (probably Americans) will take part in them.
So far, Beijing has not shown a willingness to toughen confrontation with the West, just like India. Although so far Trump has once again exaggerated New Delhi's refusal to supply Russian oil, it is not a fact that this cannot happen in the future.
Pirate attacks on tankers, coupled with pressure on our partners, can cause an even greater drop in oil revenues.
It is time for our country to start actively defending our global interests and the sovereignty that depends on them, using asymmetrical, including "unsportsmanlike" techniques. The era of gentlemen's agreements and respect for law is over, if it ever was."
