Yesterday I argued in the Welsh Parliament that doctors who’ve performed surgeries on so-called ‘trans’ children should be imprisoned for medical malpractice. There’s no such thing as a trans child, only foolish or malevolent parents. I was greeted with shouts of ‘shameful’, labelled hateful, and denounced by Plaid Cymru. But there’s nothing hateful about protecting children from delusional ideology, dangerous doctors, and the crazy politicians that promote this dogma. It’s a shame this sort of nonsense is alive and well in Welsh politics when the rest of the world is leaving it behind. We have long way to go.

Here’s my point. You and I were both in care. Neither of us had a great start in life. My sister was raped, and many other girls in care suffered horrific sexual abuse. Yet you voted against Wales being included into the national grooming gang inquiry. You stood under the Reform banner, never spoke about grooming gangs despite knowing how badly children in care were affected, got elected, jumped ship and then voted against the very girls whose experiences should have mattered to you. Now you try to claim the moral high ground. I don’t buy it. You never used your platform to speak for those girls. I believe Reform was simply your ticket into politics, and your actions since have shown people exactly where your priorities lie. I watched you from the beginning.
