🧠The Dopamine–Habit Loop⚡️ Why does something that once required motivation eventually become a habit? Part of the answer lies in how our brain learns from reward and repetition. #Dopamine plays an important role in motivation, reward prediction and reinforcement learning. When a behavior is followed by a rewarding experience, the brain can strengthen the association between the behavior and its outcome. Think about this loop: 🏃 Move → 🎯 Make progress → 🎁 Receive a reward → 🧠 Learn → 🔄 Repeat This is where gamification can become interesting. With #STEPN, movement isn't just movement. You can see your distance, track your progress, earn rewards and work toward new goals. Over time, the external reward may become less important than the behavior itself.
