So, yeah… I finally took the leap and upgraded my AFA Genesis to Legendary. My dream result was getting either EELR or ELRC. But as fate would have it, the runes had other plans—it landed as ELLC, and with low base attributes. It is what it is, though. Just like on Solana, where I own three Legendaries (a Runner, a Jogger, and a Walker—and yes, SOL Jogger definitely rolled some rebellious socket placements! 😉), that’s just how the game goes. You can’t always get lucky with top-tier results, mints, enhances, or gem upgrades. Right now, the only real shot at giving this sneaker a second chance would be a new Black Cat Edition @yawn_rong . (Will we be seeing black cats wandering the streets this Halloween, I wonder? 🐈‍⬛) Either way, my long-term strategy on Polygon remains identical to what I built on Solana: owning a Legendary sneaker in every single category.
