I've built a tool for Robinhood project owners: it snapshots any token for a set period. You specify the $ value you want ($1, $6, $100); it then allocates a ticket to each, and one is picked as the winner. Example: I buy $12 of @SkellyKuntz token — I now have 12 tickets in the draw. I buy $123 of @HopiumMachines token — I now have 123 tickets. It's probably fair and can be done retrospectively, going back days, weeks or months.
