Issuers need investors. Investors need issuers. tx is partnering with @Ryzer_app, combining an extensive issuer network with the distribution and reach of the tx ecosystem. Private credit, venture, pre-IPO, and other real-world assets. Opportunities that belong on-chain.

Brale's proud to partner with tx to power the future of tokenization. USTX launches in October. 🚀
Introducing USTX. The native stablecoin of the tx ecosystem will launch in October. USTX is issued on tx chain and built for what comes next: tokenized stocks, ETFs, and other real-world assets, providing stable liquidity on their native chain. Why a natively issued stablecoin? Tokenized markets are only as strong as the liquidity behind them. Today much of that liquidity sits in USDC, spread across many networks. USTX concentrates it into one native balance on tx, acting as a settlement layer for assets issued there. In traditional markets, trading and settlement are separate processes. On-chain, the asset and the payment can move together, and a native stablecoin allows that process to scale efficiently. USTX is one of the final additions before the tx marketplace goes live: a simple way to bring dollars onto tx and use them across the assets issued there. For issuers and traders, that means deeper liquidity in one place. For the ecosystem, it means the foundation is set for those assets to arrive. Fully backed 1:1 and issued by @brale_xyz in partnership with tx.

This is how an ecosystem strengthens its foundation. In partnership with @brale_xyz , USTX gives TX a native liquidity layer that will power tokenized stocks, ETFs, and real-world assets across our marketplace. With support for USDC from multiple chains, USTX creates a simple path for bringing liquidity onto TX. It is an important step toward building meaningful TVL and one of the final building blocks before RWAs go live. The wallet is live. Native liquidity is next. Leading the entire RWA space is the future.

Every market needs two things: assets and liquidity. First came the wallet, the foundation for tokenized markets. The next step: a fully-reserved, dollar-backed stablecoin built to power tokenized stocks, ETFs, and other real-world assets. Native assets require native liquidity.

Transparent markets are the ones users and issuers trust. For tokenized assets, it starts with buyers knowing exactly what a token gives them. tx Co-Founder and CLO @jaebersole1 on @milkroaddaily, on building tokenized markets while the rules are still being written.
The CLARITY Act failed - but that doesn’t mean crypto regulation stops. The SEC and CFTC can still move forward through rulemaking, exemptions, and guidance. The catch? Regulation is much easier for a future administration to reverse than legislation passed by Congress. tx supports the @SECGov innovation exemption. Tokenized stocks now have a path to trade on-chain with the rights of the underlying share preserved: dividends, votes, issuers notified, a public ledger. Investors deserve markets that keep those rights intact. This is what tx has been building towards.

There's a version of this argument that's less about blockchain and more about what ownership inherently means. A tokenized share should carry a real link back to the company that issued it. That's the design constraint tx has been built around from day one. As the industry scales, this distinction will matter more and more.

TX acquired through the mechanism may be burned, allocated to a restricted long-term reserve, or redirected to network and validator incentives to offset new minting. The framework commits any future change to those allocations to onchain governance. Read the ASCEND addendum: download.tx.org/TX_ASCEND.pd…
