Spent the last couple of weeks talking to customers running their portfolios with Agents on Public. Yesterday I broke down the findings to the team - and there are a lot. The big thing they all talk about is time. Majority of them had strategies in their heads they never ran - didn’t have time. Felt they needed to be at the screen from the open to the close. Now agents run them. Despite spending less time, they can iterate strategies faster, and they’re printing better PnLs as a result. This changes everything from how users interact with the product to which metrics to measure. Counting app opens and classic MAUs doesn’t make sense anymore.
