Spent the last couple of weeks talking to customers running their portfolios with Agents on Public.
Yesterday I broke down the findings to the team - and there are a lot.
The big thing they all talk about is time.
Majority of them had strategies in their heads they never ran - didn’t have time. Felt they needed to be at the screen from the open to the close.
Now agents run them.
Despite spending less time, they can iterate strategies faster, and they’re printing better PnLs as a result.
This changes everything from how users interact with the product to which metrics to measure. Counting app opens and classic MAUs doesn’t make sense anymore.
It’s a real platform shift on par with trading going online or going mobile.

Agents & 24/7 markets go hand in hand.
The first step toward 24/7 markets is solving the capability to trade around the clock—whether on traditional rails or onchain.
The harder problem is liquidity. That is a problem of participants, not just infrastructure. And the always-on nature of AI agents will play a crucial role in solving that.
All else equal, agents are more likely to participate in overnight markets simply because they don’t have the same constraints as humans (waking hours, geography, attention).
The loop is: more agent adoption → more participation outside standard mkt hours → deeper overnight liquidity → more viable 24/7 markets → more utility for agents.
My previous brokerage had 24/5 markets and i was sleep deprived because i had to watch the markets 24/5
Now Public has 24/5 trading but i am sleeping more than ever because my agents handle everything for me
I check my Public app way less than my last brokerage account because I trust my system and never have any fear
